We were disappointed there were a few things that we ordered that they didn't have my daughter had wanted bbq strips which they didn't have made and they left off the bacon on my husband's sandwich

I went to drive thru line wasn't long, but I noticed everyone had to 10 to 12 minutes just to place an order at the speaker. So, I waited 35 minutes just to get to the speaker. My chicken was fresh, I ordered the special I was expecting breast, wing, and leg, instead I received a thigh.

Had an $85 order through Uber Eats and they were too lazy to put any condiments or sauces in sack for strips..chicken wings and fries..and they were on the order. Asked for utensils too and nothing!!

I was here from Dallas visiting a friend. I wanted a chicken sandwich. I went to this Popeyes. I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting for the lady at the register. She was very slow there was only two people in front of me. By the time I got to the register to place my order. Someone from the kitchen announced they were out of the chicken sandwiches. That's what I went for. I stood in line all that time just be told there were no sandwiches. If the manager would have helped the employee I would have gotten my sandwich. Over 20 minutes in line waiting. Only two people in line in front of me. Horrible experience.

Location says it closes at 11. Been here a couple times and they clearly close when they feel like it.
At approximately 10:30 am September 5th I visited the Popeyes chicken on Lamar Ave. I was told at the drive through window they was only accepting cash. Something did not set right with me about that being that the majority uses cc. I definitely was not going to go and get cash and come back. So I went across the street to KFC. I attempted to call the store and they kept hanging up. I also attempted to find a home office number to verify what the cashier said. There is no number listed. I find it odd. That they are only taking cc at the drive thru and not inside?. Very dissatisfied Customer and hope someone from Home office reads this complaint and provide an explanation.

The people that they hire at this location lack customer service skills common curtsey and common sense. Location was filthy employees rude and no one wears gloves! will not be back to spend my money at this location. Employees are not trained to do the job properly and effectively. Remember YOU choose to work here if this isnt this place you want to be move on. I'm just out done at how rude that child was at the drive thru window. I will not be patronizing this establishment in the near future.
