Unprofessional!!!! Like I ordered my food, you give it to the wrong person with no verification, then when the right person comes and get it you have an attitude and says you not remaking it! When in reality it's your fault! Almost $30 on some food gone then when I call the driver because for some reason we couldn't cancel you tell me call Popeyes(like you ain't Popeyes) you ain't got time for this. Like I had to remind her the reason why she have this job is because of people like me! Without customers there would be no money to be made! Never ever will I ever spend my money at the E Brooks location AGAIN!!!!!

Better come as soon as they open because if not you will be waiting forever! Went twice recently and the wait times were horrible! End up leaving one time and the second time (when I actually got my food!) I had to go back because they forgot my sandwich & pie! They need to get their service times together! Shouldn’t have to wait 30/40 mins like they have to hunt the chicken then prepare!

This location is TRASH and the staff have really nasty attitudes! They played on the mic to take orders. Didn’t give me the DoorDash order that I could clearly see ready on the counter. The manager at night made me wait in a line for 20 minutes with only 3 people in line for the order !

Right now it's only 10:15 they're supposed to close at 11:00 my son was in the line when I was on the phone and they was asking me what I wanted they said at 9:50pm they only had tenders and when I said okay go ahead and order them then they said that they only had food for doordashes he drove my car use my gas to come over there that's an insult to any customer that comes there!! You close at 11:00pm but at 9:50 you say you have no chicken!!!! That's on management but I'm going to get that corporate number and let them know what they're doing in their store when they're only workers they don't own the store so they don't choose to stop cooking chicken and closes the drive-thru when they want !!!!!!

Store is open and yet the drive through only accepts pick up orders.... woman was rude at the drive through. Quality is 1 notch above eating your own fried turds, so forget this place. Waste of time and money.
Got the spicy chicken. They have a strawberry cream cheese pie that'll make u hurt somebody (mainly yourself) 😋. It was great, and it didn't take long at the drive thru 🙃. There were 4 cars in front of me. I started to back out, but it moved right along. 👍I wanna say spent like, $11 : $16, can't remember but whateva it was it wasn't bad at all since I had tea too.

Up till 3/28/25. This was the fastest, best Popeyes around for 20 miles. The speed of service was 2 or 3 minutes. The manager ran a tight ship, and I ate there every day. Monday thru Friday. Now they are just like every other Popeyes. One order at a time. When that order is complete, then they move on to the next. Slow, slow slow. The drive thru has at least a 4 car wait, and the lobby is 5 people behind. One order at a time. The last manager would multi-task 5 orders at a time. There were never over 2 cars in the drive thru, and the lobby might be 2 behind or empty. It was lightning fast. Not anymore. They seem happy with that. The atmosphere isn't the same. The employees are going thru the motions, but not as happy as they once we're. I have 30 minutes for lunch, I don't have the luxury of waiting 15 minutes to get my food. Who wants to wait 15 minutes anyway? I spent $60 a week there. I won't be going back. I'll tell my coworkers the same. You are almost in our parking lot. When something works, don't fix it. Update: I'm standing at the counter right now. There back to their old slow poke ways. One order at a time. They need the other manager back here. I've been standing here 5 minutes and they haven't even taken my order yet. I'm done with this place. I won't be back. Update: 04/23/25 I THOUGHT I'D GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. The lobby is full, people waiting on their orders. I've been here 8 minutes and they haven't taken my order. 12 minutes later, placed my order, they are OUT OF SWEET TEA. 15 minutes later I'm walking out with my order. When I get to my place of buisness, of course they forgot my side order. Imbecilic lack of any type of organization. They aren't just the slowest Popeyes in Memphis, they have the worst service as well. Total failure.

This location is the best service I have received. I believe it was the manager on duty that assisted. The team seemed to get along with each other. They all had smiles, and there was laughter between them. It was a beautiful sight to witness.
