Management was on point with her staff. I had ordered my usual chicken tenders & biscuit with a frozen mango tea. Freshly cooked within a 5 min time frame. Clean location and friendly environment with nice relaxing music. Hats off to the Manager Shanell & her staff.

Had to drive off from drive thru lil girl on speaker was rude and upset because I didn't answer her on speaker..tried to explain to the angry chick that my door was closed .. I was trying ti get ny window to let down but nooooooooo shes mad and highly inpatient you could hear the attitude all in her .I had to ask if she was ok after still get attitudes for no reason thrown at me i decided to leave before the negative energy jumped through the speaker and on to me ..I went on down to freddys and spent $40 dollars there for me and my kids to eat but at least the customer service was better

Another absolutely fantastic chicken wing experience. Crispy on the outside tender on the inside and cover in Sweet and Spicy Sauce that hits every single taste bud head on. Prepared and served by a great crew that exhibited excellent teamwork and communication skills to provide fast fresh service. Everything a person could expect from a franchise.

Love Popeyes spicy chicken. Spicy chicken tenders and Cajun fries are the best. The biscuit with some honey as well. Service is always slow. Some days are better than others.
The air was out. The cashier had a bad attitude. The customer in front me had a complaint and the manager didnt care.2024 update: the employees cannot count. Order 6 biscuits, get 5. Order 16 tenders, get 13, order 3 sides, get 2. No hope for this place

There is a big juicy piece of chicken in the sandwich. The biscuits taste like Grandma's homemade recipe. The venue is a challenge to get to. A traffic light is in the front of the store. The Popeyes workers are in need of customer service training. The workers did not give me the strawberry biscuits I ordered . Popeyes is a good fast food restaurant and has an appetizing menu.

Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich only. It was warm, not hot. The sandwich bread was mashed into the soggy breaded chicken patty which was more like a McDonalds fried chicken sandwich breast than the crunchy chicken Patty I’ve had at the Union store. They put too much sauce on it. I cannot stress enough how bad the chicken patty was. I’m used to a big crunchy chicken patter and this patty was barely breaded and if it was fried the sandwich must have been sitting around for a while.
