Tricks always missing some how you forgot the friesđ
Not my favorite Popeyes experience, but also not terrible. Everybpart of my order had a substitution, but the staff was friendly, and by ordering through the app I was able to get some free points for my troubles.

I only gave a 2 for service because I ordered the $5 3pc special, all WHITE , spicy....but realized when I got home it was dark meat. I absolutely hate chicken thighsđ¤˘BUT, everything else was guhreatttt... especially the cashier Porscha. Btw, the manager prepared my order...not Porscha.

I placed a mobile order for tenders at 9:30. The order was accepted, when I arrived I was informed that their tenders were frozen and they were not going to have any ready because they were an hour away from closing.

Cashier/order taker was extremely busy but was very thoughtful in suggesting a better deal on the items I was purchasing. She also put my order together and it was right!

Arrived and pulled into the drive thru sat in line for 15 minutes. Pulled up the place my order and was told that they were out of chicken. Someone could have came outside and told everyone. And turned off the lights. So that others wouldn't stop..
Horrible, absolutely horrible. I donât like to leave bad reviews, but itâs been too many times this location has offered unexceptional service.
Iâve been to the drive thru, approximately thirty minutes after their opening time, where they basically told me they werenât open yet because none of the staff had âshowed upâ.
Not to mention, the numerous times Iâve had to âpull upâ because the order wasnât ready at the window, but this time takes the cake. They had me sitting for forty minutes. After trying to be understanding and patient, I pulled back into the drive-thru for my order. The manager came to the window and explained âitâs the first of the month and the truck hasnât came yet and she had to literally go make my order herselfâ. She was extremely rude and said it like it was my fault.
If you value your hard-earned money and value excellent service like me, I advise you to go another location or restaurant. Oh, and they are always out of certain side items.

The cashier taking my order was rudd and the manager was having a talk with the employees in front of all customers waiting to order? The 2 new employees walked off the job during lunch time?

Ordered 3 GP chicken meals with fries. No fries were in either Ghost pepper chicken box. Paid for a meal one only got chicken. Not surprised. Have had orders messed up before or theyâre out of everything you ask for. Wait was long as usual.
