This location went downhill. I use to vouch to everyone that this was the best popeyes in Memphis because everytime I came here they hooked me up. Everything usually be on point here until I went today. It was bad! You could taste the wings flour batter. It tasted like they didn't cook the wings in high enough grease because the wings also tasted greasy. They gave me the wrong flavor. I asked for sweet and spicy. They gave me honey bbq. And to make it even worse when I opened it looked like someone already bit one of my wings.! I want a refund Popeyes

This place is always parking people and forgetting their order, and is just so unorganized. They need to get it together it literally makes me never even wanna go to Popeyes and all Popeyes are like this I swear

Yall provide the option to order on the app- BUT CANT REFUND/replace items if you’ve ordered on the app.
Then you have to wait 24/48 hours for a response from “support”

Only complaint fill the sides up.. they literally give you a two teaspoons of macaroni.. corporate should really send shoppers to see if everything is being done correctly.. because managers have the staff short cutting the food but not the prices

Traveled from Florida and had a STORE discount coupon for a 10 piece white meat meal for 25.99. I was told I could not have it as the coupon was from the mobile they obly allowed mixed meat. I took that, but when I got to my Memphis destination(greater than 10 miles from that locale) my slaw nor my honey was not in my bag and the Rice and beans taste sour. It is Friday around 6:30p.m. and they won't answer the phone for me to speak to the manager. I spent over 35.00 in that place and all I have is cold chicken and hard biscuits. What a disappointment.
