Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No greeting, no we'll be with you in a minute, nothing. After 10 minutes of watching the manager argue with an employee we walked out.

They lured me in with a 2 for 1 sale on their chicken sandwiches and a $24 family meal sale on Uber Eats...
Well, there a reason I haven't ordered anything from Popeyes in over a year, they excel at disappointment. I got the family meal, with no sauces and minus 2 of the sides... And neither of the chicken sandwiches, the only reason I ordered... To to it all off, they had me down for spicy chicken sandwiches, just to run it in that of is received then they WOULD HAVE BEEN WRONG... 1 Star is too good for the franchise... Good chicken, lousy service. Of you order Uber or drive through, beware, and check your order before you leave no matter what.

I decided to use my survey receipt, to purchase a large drink to get a free 2 p.c. chicken 🍗🐔 and biscuit. I ordered a Large orange, received a free breast, thigh and biscuit. Alvin Jones took my order, he was very friendly and professional. If needed any employees, Mr. Alvin Jones would be hired immediately. The food was hot 🔥 and fresh. I like to try all of the drink flavors so I only fill my cup up one fourth of the way. I also noticed that the regional mgr was there doing orientation for three new employee's. I pray that everything works out because we need good employees in today's society. The parking lot was clean and the lobby also. The only thing that I noticed that needed some attention was the window's need to be clean including the ledges inside and out. So hopefully Popeyes read this and clean all the windows inside and out including the window ledges. I still decided to give them 5 🌟 because of the food, service, atmosphere and especially Alvin Jones.

Close this place down for real. Ordered through the app at 7:50pm, they took my money and when I pulled at 8pm they told me they were closed, 2 hours before they actually closed. If you're closed why are you still at the window?
