Service is always horrible I moved in the area almost a year ago. I’ve probably only had 2 good experiences. Front staff always looks miserable unpleasant like they don’t want to work. They’ll sit & stare at you & won’t acknowledge you. A “sorry for the wait I’ll be right there, or can you give us just a moment” could take their service up a couple notches. Team members just keep walking by looking as if they’re wondering why you’re there. They need customer service training.

You not able to order inside unless its a mobile pickup. What the point of having a lobby if you can't eat inside. What a joke, went up the street to Bojangles, not waiting in drive through line that lis wrapped around the corner. Never waste time to spend money

It was kinda trash. Popeyes is known for its signature hot sauce and honey. Why Everytime I go here the cashier treats me like she really don't want to take my order and never seem to have hot sauce or honey just plain boring chicken in which it seems though there lying and just don't want to take the extra few seconds to reach and grab it in which I hope there not that lazy. Customer service was a zero the last few times I been

The night shift is the most rachetest, lazy , never got 2 things that match popeyes I have EVER been to!! I dont know who this franchise belongs to , but they need to be more hands on and if they are I would be embarrassed!!! Sad people dont care about anything anymore, they just sitting on the clock getting paid no chicken being made , fried or dipped! Lazy, unprofessional and aint neverrrrr got 2 things that match!!! And be prepared to have missing items if you door dash! These folks aint got goat sense and goat eat paper!! Spend your money at a different location. From the looks of the reviews this location won't last long!

Get ready to wait in line for an hr on the night shift

I order delivery that I never got. The person delivering my food sat at a location for 15 minutes with my order and ignored my call twice. When we did finally get her she told me they didn’t have the order even though it showed that she picked it up. The support was no help and stopped communicating with us. The whole experience was horrible.

Okay okay I'm considered a pretty fair reviewer n i believe in 2ND n sometimes 3RD chances LOL if the food is pretty good but much better today Popeye's crew team the line was a little long and i got worried and thought it was gonna be slow but they did exceptional well with their timing and the food was great 👍

Okay... so I do several reviews. Unfortunately, my experiences at Popeyes are usually subpar, to say the least. Regardless, I went to this Popeyes in Raleigh for the first time. There was a tall gentleman with locs who assisted me. (I wish I knew his name.) He was very professional and kind. I did have to wait a few minutes for my food. However, it was less than 5. He brought my food out to the car with a smile. It was hot and fresh. I didn't have to ask for napkins or honey. Everything was great! I have no complaints. This was by far the best experience I have had at Popeyes in a VERY LONG TIME. Keep up the great service.

Worker At Drive Through Window (Female) Spoke In A Voice Tone That Was Barely Audible, Extremely Hard To Comprehend Her Words During Order Process, Introduction To Popeyes Seemed Sleepy, Auditioned, And Routine😞 Not Very Inviting, With Little Or No Effort..👎🏿
