Don't do it! It has been an ongoing nightmare since I moved here. My unit wasn't painted nor cleaned upon my move-in. You can send countless videos and emails which is only a waste of time. I painted my own apartment after asking for paint for over a month and I cleaned it as well. A member of management tried to lie in my face that my apartment was cleaned & painted until I showed her proof & she tried to wipe away the dirt on the stove and countertops. I had condoms, hair products, pans, remote controls, ...etc in the cabinets upon my move-in but they cleaned right! Basic get-ready for any apartment…Not here!

I was told by a member of management that, “oh, the bugs will die when they come in.” You can't make this crap up. I have had cockroaches and lizards in my bed. You will not be able to cook, eat, or sleep due to the infestation.
There are Airbnbs, guns, drugs…talk about P. Diddy's “freak off parties.” It happens here! Management will put your life in danger so you must be packing at all times. It's a hostile living environment.
Oh be warned- members of management will gladly offer you to leave after you move here & spent thousands on movers and unbeknownst cost!
They dont have a contract with a reliable licensed pest control “company.” They will provide you with booms and other foolishness instead of doing their due diligence. You may get a friend of a friend to spray your apartment! You can't make this crap up!
Oh, did I mention the mice as well?
They dont care!!!! Documented health issues mean nothing to them.
Excuse after excuse is all you will get!
I can write a book about all the crimes I have witnessed here.

I am not an angry resident but a tired one! It is September and I have endured the ongoing nightmare since March. Therefore, you know Grace was granted time and time again! It's over for me to finally reveal the truth to the public.
They don't care about unwarranted health issues caused by their asinine actions.

You have to call the office 10 times or more for someone to answer. You can't make it up! Hopefully, you will get Chris. He is the only sincere one who appears to care. I have vented, screamed from fear, and broken but Chris!
Trust me on this! If things should change, I will remove this review but they know I am coming with all documentation.

Rpm is the new management who took over in 2024 and is scooping up properties with no regard to its residents. It's clear the pricing reflects the safety. Move to the oliver instead, Its a much better value. Yes this photo is inside my unit.

Management does their very best to see everyone is happy but of course you have people who are not consecrate for others so you will hear banging or what not here and there as you will any apartment complex but by far these are some of the nicest you will find around downtown. They dont have bugs or anything like that. Very spacious apartments and top quality counter space.
I went here during COVID so there weren’t many people in the bar. They only sell beers but the pepperoni pizza was amazing! People there seemed nice enough. It was hot and smelly but that’s what you expect at a hole in the wall bar. It was cute. I’m sure it’s a fun place once COVID is over and people can be more themselves around others. #staystrong
