Tried the chicken and cheese pupusas the other day. The only thing missing was the chicken and cheese. I won't go back.

The food is good, but the prices are inconsistent: which is frustrating. For example, 10 pupulsas de pollo will cost $22 one day & $28 the next. I don't plan to return

Bad food and very expensive and apart from that they start roasting chilis and the smoke starts and you feel the spiciness

If I could give zero stars I would. This place seems to be only for "locals", so if you're looking for a new place to try - dont stop here. They treated us terribly. When we sat down the waitress came over and immediately asked us what we wanted to eat without bringing menus - we then explained this is our first time - can we have menus and then she stood there while we searched the menu and when we asked for coffee, she had an attitude about how we didnt know to go up and get it ourselves - again, our first time. Food took forever to come out and it was "ok" - definitely had better Salvadoran food. When I went to pay the cashier didn't say anything just "cash only" and had $24 written down on the ticket - I said I don't have cash and she pointed outside and said "ATM". Got cash and came back and the price was crossed out and now it said $28. I didn't even attempt to argue, paid and left. So disappointing.

Bad customer service

I placed an order for pickup and when I asked how much it was over the phone they told me they couldn't give me my total because they didn't know the prices. It looks bad and gives a bad reputation towards your business by answering like this, you want to know the total so that later you don't come out with surprises when picking up the food and there are no prices on the menu or to know how much each thing costs. The food is good but the service is not the best; They have to work more with their customer service and give a price or have the products with their price online.
