I had to share my amazing experience. Today I order lunch for my staff online and made the mistake of clicking the pick up date as the next day. I didn’t realize until I arrived to pick up. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager in hopes that they would be able to accommodate my mistake. The manager Riley made my entire order and made sure I had all of the extras I needed. Germantown Tennessee outside Memphis... this gem saved my night! If i could i would plant a Pyro's in Lakewood Colorado so i didn't have to drive for a PIZZA. I just happen to have ripe avocado in my car on my cross county road trip so i added it to my already PERFECT pizza ! Thank you

Not my first visit. The pizza was good, but, the employee seemed to be distracted while building my pizza, no eye contact and minimal conversation. Toppings were applied very scantily. I ordered The Spud. I was hard pressed to find the potatoes on my pizza. The sour cream was also just a drizzle, barely seeable. The restaurant was clean and food was delivered to our table promptly. No employee ever returned to our table. It willl be a while before I will make plans to...
