None of the employees knew what to put on the pizzas and they were rude. Some of our orders weren't correct and they weren't even busy. Took forever to get garlic knots that were ordered first. We love Pyros, but that location needs new employees and/or management.

Place was not clean. My pizza was really greasy and one person in our party didn't get checken that she paid for on hers. We had to wait for along time for our garlic knots and they were t even that garlicky. Also there was not paper in the ladies room. We were there at 7pm on Saturday night.

This my first time having this pizza today it was giving why is this placestill open! It was the nastiest pizza I’ve ever had in my life it tasted so cheaply made and hard to eat and flat ! I thought little Caesar was bad but this place takes it’s place never will recommend this place to anyone and they are charging prices like they have the best pizza out here never again will I try a restaurant I’ve never been to ever! And it was nobody in the place when I went and got my food no customers, and I mean nobody but the staff, and it was around 5:30pm

I’ve been going to this location for years since it’s right down the street, but I think it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere. I’m not fond of the energy of the staff as of late. I don’t understand their attitude towards me. I don’t give them any problems and I’m willing to tip if the service is good. But their bad attitudes is the reason I’m walking away from them.

I ordered for curbside pickup and nobody brought me my order out for 20+ minutes. You would think that they were just making the pizza but no I walk in to see my order sitting out in the open with no one even attempting to take out orders. Then after all that my pizza was still burnt, cold, no sauce and tasted like cardboard. Absolutely DO NOT Recommend for yall boys no cap.

They won’t bring out your food if you order curbside. They leave off drinks if you don’t remind them. On top of having to go in and get your food even if you placed CURBSIDE, they give you a half burnt yet cold pizza. 😂😂 Just go to a different Pyros, i’ve never had a good experience at this location.

They were more concerned about doing pre closing duties than they were waiting on customers. One of our guests never even got his food. We were thinking about leaving because of the disarray the place was in. We should have. We love Cordova location but will never go back to this location
