A restaurant for privileged people with money to throw away. Workers do not care about the quality of the food leaving the kitchen. The tenders on the $20 Chicken Tender Platter are the size of nuggets- NOT worth the money.
They said they'd re-make it- but since a friend brought these back to me after she dined in- so, now I have to delay eating, or eat it as-is, or make a trip out of my way to the restaurant. It should have been done right the first time. Why would the cook serve 2 inch tenders as tenders and why didn't the expediter catch it?and I should have been able to keep the tenders they just threw away. Just wasteful.

Massive portions, great vibe, the server was very distracted though standing in a corner on her phone. She brought the wrong drink and then we had to ask another employee to call her over.

Each time my husband and I visit Raffertys, we can always expect great customer service, great tasting food, and an enjoyable atmosphere! I absolutely love their fried chicken finger salad with the hot bacon and honey mustard sauce. It's one of my go to items. Their Cajun shrimp pasta is also very good and flavorful, the absolute best along with their honey buttered croissants! Just amazing!

I don’t like the idea that we have a party of 7 and 5 of us are already here, but they will not seat us because we’re waiting on two more. What is the sense in that?

We went to Rafferty’s last night and were really disappointed. The staff was rude and disrespectful from the moment we arrived. It made the experience so uncomfortable that we decided to leave before even ordering. We won’t be back.

The food was good the service was good enough, no complaints, not outstanding but good enough. The only complaint which isn't the restaurant's fault is that it was extremely loud, but that's a Memphis restaurant on a Friday. That's the night folks with no inside voice go out to eat.
