the way you treat veterans is unacceptable. if your employees make a mistake then your establishment should make it right. furthermore it would be in your best interests to train your employees in better customer service 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I went to this establishment this afternoon to place an order for my Super Bowl party. I ordered a tailgate chicken finger platter which was 81.00. I asked if they gave a veteran discount and the cashier gave me 10%. He told me the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I went to my vehicle to wait. After 20 minutes had passed I went back inside to receive my order. There was another cashier working who told me I owed 8 dollars. I asked for what. He told me they don’t give veteran discounts and I would have to pay the balance. I told him to cancel the order and I’d like to speak to the manager. A young Caucasian woman named Sidney came out. I told her I was given a discount and it was unacceptable to ask me to pay the difference for a discount that was already given to me. She said, “we made a mistake”. I explained that I had waited 20 minutes for my order. Again she said “we made a mistake” I told her this was bad business and I should not have to pay for their mistake. I added they make this right and just eat the 8 dollar mistake instead of asking me to pay for it. She said she’d give me a refund. I told her I wanted cash back because I now have to go somewhere else and I’m not waiting 3-5 business days to receive my money. She went to the cash register and gave me a receipt showing she put the money back on my card anyway. I said, “why did you do that when I clearly asked for cash back”. She replied” I don’t like your attitude, have a good day” ! And she walked off!!!

Today 12/31/24 @ 1130am. Food was ok but the service was the worst I've ever had in years. My server didn't want to wait on me and her attitude and personality show it. Then to top it off i told the manager on duty and she was worst than the server and as I was leaving I stop at the bar to talk with Eric who work there and that manager started making face like she was a child at me and then had the balls to say bye. Like get out of the restaurant. I will be going back up there to speak with Mike Brown general manager. I will never give them my money again.

Food is good, but it seems like the pride isn't there anymore, hate the prices are ridiculously hiked

We order for pickup regularly and are rarely disappointed. Frisco and Chick Finger Salads are favs. Call in to order their Prime Rib Sandwich. Order it rare because you’ll likely need to reheat it at home. It doesn’t appear on the online menu nor do the other prime rib dishes they offer in house. I’m guessing so they can more accurately control qty avail for the dining room. The folks working takeout are always surprisingly good natured and efficient considering what an unenviable job that can be.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetable sides that could be part of a veg plate. Salads are good and customizable. Staff has consistently done a good job remembering any requests I’ve made when ordering.

Just got chicken Alfredo to go and it was missing the Alfredo.. It was sitting in oil and the chicken is super dry. Don’t bother ordering this. Waste of $20.

I was given a baked potato rather than the sweet potato I ordered. Disappointed. That would have been dinner.

This was me and my husband’s first time going after hearing such good things and it didn’t disappoint. Our service was excellent and the facility was clean including the bathroom. Perhaps add the captions option to the TV’s. Now the food was fantastic! The croissants were the absolute best. The buffalo chicken salad was delicious. The shrimp Alfredo was scrumptious but the chicken that was added fell short. My husband had the steak and he said it was cooked just right but needed more seasoning. We will certainly be back!

The drinks were doing exactly what they supposed to do. Almost a little too much 1 LIT is enough. Shrimp Alfredo pasta was the only shrimp option but it was tasty. I couldn't finish it because that drink and ½ had me throwed.

Kid-friendliness: Family style restaurant with a bar.
