The young lady at the register doing call in orders was extremely rude, mind you 3 people prior to me complained to management and all he had to say was she’s probably overwhelmed. I will never waste my time and money at that location again.(poplar location)

The chicken finger salad is still fresh and good, but the steak was scorched and overcooked, bake potatoe was cold, croissants had a spot of honey butter topping, and service was lacking. Chicken finger salad and honey mustard and hot bacon dressing redeemed this restaurant

This salad used to be 3 times the size with 4 times as much chicken... this is a house salad, not a 12 dollar salad!I understand COVID hit everyone hard but this is just not right. If youre going to cut your portions fivefold, you better cut your prices too. Never going back after this. They also managed to get my previous review that i left 3 years ago deleted. Dont trust this business model for one minute. BOYCOTT!!!!

Out of 2 appetizers and two meals only food made to order were the fried mushrooms, but the time it took it to come out you would have thought it all was made to order. I asked for lemons and the ones brought out were damaged and bruised and looked the part. I was very disappointed in this visit. Well not be going back

Always loved going to Rafferty's and still do, but it's not what it use to be. Not saying it's bad just now a average restaurant. This is a good 1st date or a good place to take someone for a bite to eat. You will get full and enjoy your food, just not going to say "I gotta come back tomorrow". It's not a bad place just a simple restaurant with a simple menu. I got the Chicken Alfredo which was good but simple. The crossiants are good as usual and soft when you bite into them. Service is great and food comes out in a timely manner besides being short staffed. Rafferty's is a place you visit if you got invited to a bday party or you live close by. It's not something I see myself saying drive across town to eat at Rafferty's.

One of my favorite places in Memphis. The potato soup is always my starter, so delicious. My entree is normally the chicken finger salad with house dressing but I’m also very fond of the grilled salmon, hot finger platter, & ribeye. The salad is always so crisp and flavorful. The hot bacon dressing is one of a kind, they really need to bottle it up and sell it…mixed with the honey mustard, so amazing! You will not be disappointed.
