I called in to place an order, I told him what I wanted, then got put on hold for 10 minutes and then I was hung up on. I called back again tried and to place the order. He told me he did not have one of the items and then he hung up on me again. Then I had to call back three more times just to place an order minus the item they did not have. It should not be this hard to place an order for food with a restaurant.

Let me start by saying, I have been a customer of rayfords for years, as of late the customer service has truly declined the staff does not answer the phone, the store closes early everyday. If you are going to change your hours please post it on google so I don't waste my gas, I see rayfords being another FAILING business in cordova!!! This is due to an apparent change in management. You never see the same face and you always have to check your order. It is sad to say that Rayfords has went down so low.

Let’s start with this— I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of my food… yes, it was THAT GOOD! This was my first time at this establishment. Living in Dallas, the wing options are trash— so on my visits to Memphis, wings are always on the agenda and Rayford’s DID NOT DISAPPOINT!What I ordered:• Jumbo cheeseburger— cooked to order + seasoned perfectly! Thank you!• 10 pc whole wing combo (reg hot w/season fries)— wings were not double dipped (love that for me!) they were fresh and the sauce was AMAZING!! I didn’t have to ask for my wings to be cooked soft, they came out perfectly!• mini lemon bundt cake— fresh and flavorful.GREAT JOB! You have gained a new customer!

wings and fries were okay, but the young lady at the counter today was rude. Being a first time customer I couldn't see the menu and the woman at the counter just point at the menu saying "it's right there". They had forgot to give another customer the ranch and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back, she came back with only one and they had 3 meals, and they asked for the other two. again she rolled her eyes, handed it the the family, and proceeds to go back on her phone.
Visited this place a couple times with my mom since I returned to memphis a month ago...Now. we've ordered the fish sandwiches Before which is about $5 .25 menu price.After work didn't want to cook so we decided to return there for the fish sandwiches. I ended up spending $27. For 3 fish sandwiches. Mind you that we have Never paid this much for just the sandwich. Even add cheese. 50cent doesn't add up to $27 for 3fish sandwiches. I know memphis has a "bad name" and reputation but to be Robbed by Supporting "black owned buisness"...my goodness ?Thank you but Noo Thank you.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ✍?
