The owner is very rude unprofessional my daughter called them for a job after they gave her the round around she finally went in and worked with his Son who is cool but her 2nd day going n da father was sitting there like a thug and confronts her about her mask and stating he ain't gone b able to do da mask asking if she has a cold or protecting herself for safety reasons which is very unprofessional with covid being around he should b happy she has a mask to protect herself on front corner but that let's u know he don't care about his employees I see it was nobody der at 12 no cook or anything but still got hiring signs up he can't keep a staff because he rude as I read comments from past everybody saying da staff is rude but hey rude staff and owner that's why we don't support black owned attitudes Everything happens for a reason thoo I don't want my child working under no management with attitudes with staff and customer that's why things b happening at these places because of the rudeness

Poor customer service the young lady at the register don’t greet you don’t say thank you and then I was at the register trying to get her attention and her and the cook looked at me as if I wasn’t talking to them. This no way to treat anyone that’s spending there money. Get more friendly people .

I had a bad experiences with theses people the girl name ariana that answer the phone gave my order to wronge people so don't deal with this ghetto restaurant.

Doesn’t pick up the phone. Rayford’s to-go where the guy was selling it out the crib is better.

Never answer the phone to take order when you go inside they’re just sitting there listening to it ring

This place never picks up the phone then when u get there you can see the workers just not picking up

Called to place a to go order. Young lady at the front desk was rude and had poor customer service. After repeating my order back to me wrong she got an attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Drove to the restaurant and same young lady had an attitude and was rolling her eyes. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no one was there. And the drink machine didn’t work after I was charged for a drink. I usually come here often but I’ll never buy here again!!

I order 2 10 piece combos with fries and drinks only got 1 drink didn’t get no fries when I called the restaurant they tried to argue with me that I got it after waiting on hold for 6mins someone picked the phone up and hung up ..once I called back I’m guess the girl forgot to put herself on mute and over heard the manager say that he’s not about to argue with me and once I said something she going to respond back with we’ll do you want to come and get it still ..NOOO I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

I accidentally ordered from the wrong Rayfords on Doordash and that was a terrible mistake. This location can’t have a manger quality checking the food. The chicken was disgusting ??, tasted as if it was fried yesterday and then heated up today. The wings were shrunken, dried up, and tough.

The wings were good, but pickup service was a bit slow and disorganized. Worth the wait though.
