I ordered a salad from this location and they only put half a piece of chicken in the salad. The chicken was burnt. They didn't have any cucumbers. They give you dipping sauce instead of salad dressing. The building reaks of urine.Parking: Parking lot is full of trash.

wings were very small with incorrect sauces, fries were burnt we spoke with one of the cooks who remade the entire order to perfection! this was my first time eating here and for the price I didn't expect to have to purchase ranch,celery and carrots! these should be included with the wings like at other places. for this reason i will not return! I really wanted to give 5stars because customer service was on point, bathroom was very clean and so was the lobby but since my food wasn't prepared to Standard the first time, I had to score lower!!

When walking into an establishment and smelling old mop water and grease is normally a straight walk out for me but my friend and I wanted to try this location badly. We ordered two ten piece wing combos and a side of fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes were super thick with no flavor, and batter super soggy. The okra was salty and soggy. No flavor! Fries hard as a brick and cold! The establishment needs to change the grease because you can smell it on the food. The wings were small but ok. The beverages taste like dishwater liquid. Only thing pleasant was the young lady who served us. Total waste!!!

The Lunch Special has changed to the Rayford's Special. The price of the Special has increased and it does not come with dressing. If you would like ranch or blue cheese with your wings expect to pay extra. However, the chicken is still good. The service is mediocre. The fish is good. Be prepared to have your own hotsauce. They didn't have hotsauce packets for the fish. The cashier let me know I would have to pay extra if I wanted hotsauce in a cup even though they didn't have any. I paid extra because --how can you eat fish without hotsauce?

That fried "Catfish" (not swai) was Delicious. It was hot and fresh...with real hot sauce ?. I went through uber/doordash and it still was hot when they rung the doorbell. Goodt ??

The chicken tender basket everything was room temperature fries or tenders not hot like fresh made food should be. Sauce wasn't dripping so tenders been sitting there a while. 14 dollars was wasted!!

Online posted closing time of 8pm. I get there at 7:30p , knocked no answer then suddenly a young female server entertained by her cellphone raised up from behind the counter. She barely came toward door and told me they stop ✋ serving food at 7:40pm. I showed her the 7:30pm *Time* on my cellphone and she just had a "puzzled" facial look. Note to Mgtment: NOT GOOD BUSINESS to--- Deceive customers.
