We came here for a birthday gathering and reserved a “living room” for two hours. The couches are comfortable and the Wii worked, but I think they’re charging quite a bit for just a mediocre experience. We paid $25/hour for a “living room” which is really just a big screen and a few couches in the middle of the bar—there’s no privacy at all. It’s not bad, but I don’t think that paying $50 for two hours of playing a Wii is worth it. The $50 reservation didn’t include anything other than the space and the ability to play a game console. There are arcade games as well, but the change machine was out of order along with many of the games, or parts of games. For example, Skee Ball works but the score screen is partially broken, making it difficult to keep score. I also ordered a small pizza and asked if I could get extra sauce on it, but I was told nothing can be changed because it’s just a frozen pizza—for $12. The well drinks were $6 and they weren’t even mixed. I watched an employee masquerading as a bartender poor cheap vodka in a cup, add ice, and then pour cranberry juice on top and promptly hand it to someone else in our party—for $6. It was never shaken, nor stirred. I ordered an $8 old fashioned which was mediocre at best. It was made with sugar from single-serving packets and served without an orange peel. If the games were working, the pizza wasn’t frozen, and the drinks were better, it would’ve been 4 stars. (…Or if the prices were lower.) If this is all they want to offer, that’s totally okay, but as it stands, they’re charging way too much for the experience they’re providing.
This is the EXACT kind of place I would want to run if I started a restaurant/bar. Great place to go and hangout when you are not sure what to do for an hour. Great food and drinks to boot.
Fun place, axe throwing, video games, ping pong, pinball, and beer!
This place has a great concept but the pandemic has really changed this place. Parking is still limited and wrapped around the building. This arcade is right beside an axe throwing company. I really want to come back and throw axes. It looks really fun. There were not that many people at the location. The kitchen was not open. They have not gotten their liquor license back. I also did not see any game consoles out.I will come back in a month or two. I am sure this place will be back to former glory by then.
My buddy called up and asked if he could reserve a spot for his birthday party. He got there and was told that they not only didn't take his reservation, but they also don't run video games on the projectors (some excuse about HDMI incompatibility?).Wouldn't care, but change your advertising away from the video game bar you started as if you want to become a sports bar.
Excellent fun! Lots of games around and axe throwing next door if you're feeling froggy!
This place used to be incredible. Arcade games, rentable console gaming, mixed drinks, pizza, you name it. It was amazing. I only got to go once before it changed, unfortunately. Apparently some of the owners left and took all the good ideas with them
Typically don’t leave bad reviews, but we were very disappointed today. Came here at 4:30pm on a Sunday with a group of 6. The only person working was the bartender that didn’t know how to set us up for the screens. She told us to wait for management to come back in, so we waited 30 minutes. The bartender went looking for management again to help us, but admitted to us that they were nowhere to be found.
Somehow I had never ended up there and after having been there twice recently, I can see I wasn't missing anything. There was barely anyone there and yet the employees were still rude and acted bothered that even the few people that were there were there. And there was no change machine. The bartender said they don't own the games and the person took the change machine out, and they don't have change. Why the f would you even leave the machines on, then? And why have machines in there at all if you are going to be bothered when people ask about them. What a disappointment.
What yall did to the white claw model was super wrong.

Food partner seems to find gang bangs and unprotected sex amusing. Will never spend a penny here or any entities associated with Rec Room or Sandwich Clique. Disgusting behavior. WOMEN BEWARE.
Over half the games didn't work or just took your money and never started. Also there should be some kind of security outside ... a drunk guy just came up to us on the patio begging for money , he was thrown out when he went inside but no one was on the patio to prevent him from begging out there. The bartenders should learn how to properly make mixed drinks especially if you want to charge 11 plus dollars a drink.
Awesome retro themed place that oozes nostalgia and cool.
The food was super appetizing. Prices were appropriate. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.
Staff is always nice even when they have a full house.
