The shrimp linguine Alfredo was delicious,but the fries were quite plain.Our waiter,Charles was serving our every need.

Charles was an excellent server. He was attentive, kind and speedy with service. My only issue is the music was to loud and hard to hear each other speak. We were also right under a speaker, which I am sure did not help!

When seated, we walked around the restaurant when one of our party was in a walker…we needed up close to the door. It felt unorganized.
Music was too loud and didn’t seem appropriate for a restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Don’t make clients in a walker walk all around the restaurant to get to table…there were multiple choices and we ended up going in a circle.

Been seated and order placed for 45+ minutes and still no food the server is nice but really lots of Togo orders have come out this is why nobody talks up red lobster I'm not wasting my time after this I'll go somewhere else food Finley made it 4 min shy of an hour wait the stakes where over cooked mash potatoes had a crust as if they where sitting under a heat lamp for awhile and the lobster was very dry definitely will not go to another red lobster

We sat for an hour with no drinks refilled, took 30 mins for them to bring 2 of our 3 salads out to us. There was a hair in one of the salads. I would give 0 stars if I could. And it took an hour to get our food.

it was okay,service was slow and it took a long time to get out food. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so we were surprised it took so long to get our food.

I waited a couple days to give this review. I've been here twice within a month and the service is well below normal. I had a male 1st time(bartender also) and a female the 2nd time. My message to all the waiters and waitresses is to STOP! judging your customers on how they look or skin color and serve everyone with dignity and respect .Even tho I was treated bad I still tipped very well to let them know I was not that guy. I even heard one of the waiters say " Ain't no money in here" well dummy it was! The female was so non chalant and was turned side ways talking and taking my order. Word of mouth is powerful as well as social media. I won't put names out there but you best to believe next visit i will and will call them out on it.
3rd time's a charm and next visit i will not hold back on what I have to say. Also always ask the guest if they want anything else before you just rudely bring the ticket and I wasn't done drinking. I had one beer and wanted more but the rude female black just brought my ticket.
To whomever is reviewing this review just speak with your staff on how to handle their customers. No need to send my information if nothing will be done. There's other reviews that state the same.

Would have chosen O stars if able. Waitress Lakenya, rude, forgot my salad, then when told her she forgot she was rude and took her good Ole time getting me a salad. Brought my salad at the end of the meal. Left on table after placing my dirty fork in the middle so she could not give to her next victim. She needs waitresses 101. Needless to say no tip.

The food is delicious and I like the dark atmosphere. The clerk was also cute and kind.
