We hadn't eaten at Red Robin in years but remembered how much we loved the strawberry lemonade and it didn't disappoint. It was refreshing and delicious. Our burgers were cooked perfect and equally enjoyed. Service was great. Won't wait so long to return.

We waited over an hour for our food and they messed the order up 3 times. The first time, they gave another table our order. The second time they made my eggs over easy, and I asked for over hard, on my royal red robin burger. The 3rd time they had American cheese on it and I asked for pepper jack cheese. My girlfriend had the scorpion burger and they didn't make that right as well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could!! When my family and I sat down, we were told that they had only one server and it would be ten minutes before anyone could take our order. When the server finally took it, we waited another twenty minutes for our food and it didn’t even come out at the same time. My husband ordered the chili and was told that they had to make some. When they finally brought it, it was in a small plastic container and was only a quarter full. My son’s chicken tenders looked like frozen ones that they just heated up quickly. This place is terrible and we will NEVER go back! It needs to shut down!!!

The waiter was the high point of this visit. The onion rings, normally large, were quite small, like a fast food order. The cheese and bacon fondue came out in a little plastic to-go container with hardly any in it. When questioned, I was informed they were putting too much in the dishes on the menu. They had no dishes (plates, silverware, fondue bowl) and explained they have not had a dishwasher for four months so everything was served in baskets and wrappers. The first serving of fries was cold and the fried pickles were undercooked. The Red Tavern Double was tasty as were the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the Clucks. I have visited this location many times but after today, I will go elsewhere for a while.

Came here with a coworker for lunch and I remembered why I haven’t been in a year or so. The food is mediocre at best and I most likely won’t come back a third time.When we arrived we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait despite there only being a handful of people seated. So, we waited. We finally received our seat (near the kitchen) and ordered promptly.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a sprite. The sprite was very flat and I requested a refill. After waiting, I reminded the waitress and was met with an attitude (I didn’t mean to interrupt their catch up time in the back). I finally received the drink and, this time, it was fine. The meal itself was basic.. a little sloppy but edible with lukewarm fries.I definitely won’t be back as this experience wasn’t that good. I do sympathize with the service industry as they are suffering but as a paying customer, I expected more, especially when you have multiple employees laughing and joking around while customers are trying to wave them down.

Exceptional service, timing, and quality food! I ordered curbside for lunch and my order was promptly ready at the designated time. It was brought to me with everything I ordered and the food was hot and fresh. The young lady that brought it to the car waited until I checked my order. The overall experience from online order to curbside pickup was Terrific!

First time at this location. Our servers shift ended in the middle of our meal. A young guy took over and he was awesome. So what started as average service ended with some of the best service at a restaurant we have ever had. Don't know his name but two thumbs up for the awesome job he did.

The beautiful prominent location seemed to help make this a great choice for lunch, but from the moment we entered, the whole experience was pretty "meh".The wait was about 15 mins, even though the restaurant didn't have very many people at all. Literally there were only about 3-4 tables max with people and most of the restaurant was empty. Nevertheless, we made our order and the mozzarella stick came out really fast, although they tasted on the slightly under-done side. Not bad, but not great.Onto the burgers, my daughter greatly enjoyed her burger and milkshake. My burger came without the fries, and unfortunately I still didn't have fries by the time we were ready to leave.Maybe this place is under-staffed. Whatever the case is, until they get whatever issues they have under control, expect a mediocre dining experience.

Fantastic Sunset Lemonade! The fried pickles were tasty but a tad bit greasy. The cheese sticks were good but the marinara was not.Our server absolutely hates her job and makes it obvious.

My wife wanted a burger. We came here and disregarded the reviews. The servers were nice, but the wait was still long. We were there for over an hour. 15 minutes to order, 30 minutes to get our food, and 30 to eat. Burgers were bland. Kids liked the bacon cheese fondue. Unlimited fries were not necessary. Garlic fries were better than original. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Sorry but today's lunch was not good and I cannot recommend this restaurant. Ordered the Cod fish & chips because I was looking for something different than a burger. Super disappointed to get an over-cooked offering of fish that resembled fried chicken with very little in the way of steak fries. This was my second visit but I will not be back.
