My favorite wing spot in Memphis! Great quality and value. And the vibes are always great because of the professional and friendly staff.
Had a call in at 11:40. This restaurant is heavily understaffed. I didn't receive my order until 1:00. By that time, my lunch was over. The icing on the cake is that at 12:12 I asked her what was the progress on my order and she told me they were just waiting on the fries and took my payment. 4 other customers received their order before me. If she had of just told me the truth of the situation, I would've still had time to grab food elsewhere. The receptionist is also putting the food in the boxes while answering the phone while also handling the door dash and ubereats orders. They are overwhelmed. The cherry on top was the fact that the hot lemon pepper wings were just hot sauce and lemon pepper thrown together. No creativity. No real wing sauce. Just the bare minimum.

My coworkers and I will have to stop coming here because the customer service is not good when the owners aren’t present. We always have to wait an hour no matter what time we call them. We try calling as soon as they open. Got there at 11:45 and the orders still not ready. We have about 7to8 orders. That’s why we call them as soon as they open. On top of all that they tell us they don’t have anymore ranch. They need HELP BAD. The food is good but definitely not worth it.

Today I was browsing around to figure out lunch plans, and remembered the time I picked up an order from Riko’s Kicking Chicken, and decided that today was the day to give them a try. Of course, the 10 piece wing combo (lemon pepper/dry) is what I ordered. Upon delivery, the delivery person was friendly upon arrival, he had a sense of proud to serve this food face expression, which boosted my anticipation of the food. The communication was very professional, the feel good delivery experience actually was a delight to encounter. So I tasted the food, and once again I had to go ahead and take note of this deliciousness from a restaurant that serve great wings. The flavor of the lemon pepper is very prominent, that had me pausing within each bite just to take in the bursting flavor of these wings. Now, if you’re a wing person then you know not every wing taste the same from different places, some even have a unique twist to them, however, whenever you find a particular location that serves wings that makes you want to drop everything, and even put down your phone so you can fully enjoy the meal, it’s a win-win, and this place definitely haves a win-win. Not to mention that it’s in midtown, close to everything. One of the top contenders of wings! A delightful meal experience all around from the delivery to the meal. I definitely will try other menu items, if the Lord says the same. Thanks Riko’s Kickin Chicken!!!

I really like Rikos honey gold and hot wing sauce . Mind you I say the sauce /flavor because on multiple occasions I’ve order from them and they do not cook my chicken how I ask for it to be cooked. So on today for instance I called in my order and asked her to have my wings fried xtra crispy . Well they weren’t even crispy at all they were so soft I’m scared of how they would’ve been if I didn’t ask for them to be crispy. So I decide to call after being fed up , the lady says “ Well I told him to fry them crispy” I said “ they are really soft they are not crispy at all “ all she says is “ I’m sorry” . No type of compensation or anything. I’ve never experienced that level of customer service . I try to support black businesses but this is exactly why I don’t at times. I don’t think I’ll be going back there anymore.

Order off Uber eats,I had the meal with 3 tenders,2 pieces of fish,and a side of fries..never again..the tenders had to been already breaded and the fish need more seasoning..it wasn't all that bad,jus wasn't Wat I expected cause the wings.. Fye🔥🔥🔥!!So I ain't gone lie like I'm not goin back..

Horrible management skills I went to order some wings and asked for barbecue and they didn’t have it and I asked for blue cheese and they didn’t have it so I ordered mild wings and they were still spicy and I explained to the manager I can’t eat spicy food and I was told there was nothing she could do me and I all I ordered was four wings!!

Just god awful... They had the paper turned around up front so you didn't see the 92 health score, but I still ordered. The people were walking around in the kitchen with no hair nets. But eventually the food was ready. I got about 10-12 fries. The five fries I could eat were cold and tasted like leftovers from yesterday. But these five french fries were the best thing on the plate. The chicken was cold and soggy truly awful. It was not chicken it was like some type of processed meat stuff. I ordered the tenders. The fish was hot but had the fishiest order I ever smelled. It was so bad I had to roll the windows down. When I picked up the fish it was drippin with grease. It had no taste truly bland. But that's where I found the other seven fries they gave me, at the bottom of the puddle of grease under my fish. I could not eat the fish it smelled so bad. I decided to drink my drink. And it was hotter than my fries and chicken. I decided to throw everything in the trash. Health dept needs to lower that 92 score.

I’ve been all over the world and all over the states… and by far. Do they have some of the best chicken. Their wings are LARGE and well sauced. They are really friendly and accepting of all races and cultures. They didn’t treat me any different (very common out here) I’ll definitely continue to come here.

Unfortunately didn’t get my food or my refund. Talking to UberEats was pointless. Because they said since I canceled it on my end even though I was instructed to since they said they couldn’t on their end. I have always ordered this way but today I went they saying it’s for party wings. But I’ve been there like two other times and got whole wings they were also decent size. So now I have no choice but to dispute it with my bank since I paid for food I didn’t get it. Talked to the manager she said they won’t pay her but UberEats saying they will. So unfortunately I left with nothing but disappointment. She said they probably gave me whole wings because they were smaller but nah they looked big to me. She did try to help nothing could be done. Nothing for the inconvenience when it’s they site that was wrong.
