Food took about 45 min when I was told 20 minutes . 5 of us ordered food & everybody had a complaint all of our burgers were DRY & No Condiments were given . Grilled onions were requested upon order & we all received Raw Onions . One person ordered Mild Wings & they were extremely hot , actually hotter than the hot . How are they suppose to be mild but hotter than the hot ? Dark skin lady that just started at the front has a rude attitude & sassy mouth . I called the manager to report my review & all she had to say was she apologize & would I like for it to be remade . No mam you could have offered us a credit or something on our next visit or something because we come once a week , that wasn’t given . So we’re very disappointed. Maxwell is a very kind person though.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I ordered from them through Grubhub. An employee called me and said they are out of legs & thighs & strawberry crunch cake. I asked about substitutions. She said they don’t do substitutions and I would have to go back through Grubhub to cancel the order. I talked with Grubhub which intern said that I had too many refunds. The restaurant or Grubhub wouldn’t cancel the order or refund my money. BBB complaint filed on both. Neither should I be in business!!!

Food was delicious… the cashier didn’t look like he want to be at all … I ordered fish … I asked for hot sauce 3 times … I dined in and waited 20 movies to get my drink when all he had to do was give me a cup of ice . He didn’t greet us or smile .. I feel like he was overwhelmed. For a popular restaurant on TikTok I would have expected more . Bathroom had a horrible smell like a sewer problem . Will not go back .

I tried reaching out before putting this review up. But me and my girl got 4 plates. Wings fries and burgers, spent $47 just to have to go to the emergency room and get I.V’s from food poisoning which dehydrated us. And our fries were HARD, a dude with a shiesty was back there cooking

1st time trying and it’s a NO for me. I called my order in 4pc whole wing and had to add the fry $15, the girl told me 15-20 mins. I literally got there in 20mins if not a min less. When I walked in it was ok the cashier greeted me coming through the door, she was nice. I would have sat there and ate but it smelled like paint or some type of chemical so I got my food and left but I should have stayed so I could have gotten my money back, my food was not hot at all! I should have known when she grabbed it off the shelf. They do not have a warmer to keep ur food under until u arrive. For my food to be luke warm means it was done before 15-20 mins so it was just sitting there. The entire order was cold with a puddle of hot sauce in the bottom of my container I asked for hot but I didn’t ask for extra! With the celery and carrots drowned in hot sauce! I only had a 30 min lunch and the way my week is going I didn’t have time or energy to make a fuss. But I was very disappointed bcuz I was hungry and looking forward to trying them. Tbh I ended up giving my food away to a homeless guy otw back to work, just because I didn’t like it don’t mean he wouldn’t idk but I didn’t want no cold food I’m already cheating my fake diet!
If you need a meal rather it be for lunch/dinner. I would definitely recommend

Soooo good! I got the friend chicken leg and thigh with the original seasoning, 3 whole wings with honey gold seasoning and fried okra.Everything seasoned well and crispy and juicy. I'll definitely be back! Amazing service and amazing food!

Riko's is always on point. I used to come here at least once a week when I worked in the medical district. I don't get to come as often since I am downtown now but when I do they do not disappoint. I tend to order the Lemon pepper or the season wet wings??? Their big chicken (legs and Thighs) are good as hell as well. I order them for my family and they devour them. Most importantly the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. Y'all know how some of these wing spots can be with the service. Also check out their specials they usually have them on the Facebook page.

Wait was too long I was told 10 mins actually waited almost 30min when I tried to require about how long it would be after waiting so long and explained I had a doctor's appointment I still had no clear answer and im big on communication then when i called backed for refund because I had to go and she never communicated she claim she was making the order but this after already waiting almost 30 mins ...workers in the back coughing mops hanging in food area and the same person taking payments making my order with no gloves on..I wont return food was burnt not appealing....No need to reach out it's a NO for me
