My husband suggested we get dinner here after leaving work today. We were the only customers in there at first besides the workers. We placed our order which was a large order for 4 people which came to $80. We sat and watch a lady walk right in get her order , EAT her order , get another order and leave! We then saw another lady come in which we figured they knew her because of how fast her ordered came out she wasn't charged for her ranch like we were. We then seen a gentleman come in sat down briefly and he had a big pan of wings and I guess fries and he was called up next! At this point my husband was fed up he goes to the counter to only be told that they were waiting on fries. FRIES?! Did they skin the potatoes individually or what because no way it took an hour to wait on fries. So , before the gentleman gets up I hear a sizzling sound from the kitchen , I told my husband they just dropping our chicken and we been here an hour. Now I am getting pissed off and wanted a refund so my husband was still at the counter furious so he questions what's the hold up now? NOW the wings were getting sauced š so finally after 1 hour and 5 minutes our order is done , the young lady shows my husband the wings , they were the wrong wings š so after sitting that long you would think since paying for ranch and receiving no veggies ( celery/ carrots ) on the side , surely we should have received free drinks for waiting so long , right? NO DEAL , I had to ask for a free drink which pissed me off even further. No apologies , no remorse was shown at all. Once we got home to review our order, my husband was missing 4 wings off his plate! We in the mist of the aftermath of a snowstorm so surely he wasn't about to return for their mistake ! He was told to come back Friday to receive his remaining wings. My daughters burger wasn't cooked all the way so she maybe ate half her burger. The fries had no seasoning , the fish was bland and my wings weren't all that good either to have waited for 1 hour. I was so pissed off I ate two bites of fish and put the rest in the fridge. My family and I will not be eating here ever again. š”š”š” now I got to go back out and get something else to eat somewhere else. ššš

Iāve gone to Rikiās Kitchen 3 times now and every time the service has been top tier. Iāve tried 3 different entrees, the fish- superb, the wings-spectacular, the burger-the best Iāve ever had in the city. If you want a homemade burger with all of the fixings, please give Rikiās Kitchen a try. You will not be disappointed. Their customer service is amazing as well.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. It did not have cheese, eggs, bacon nor mixed greens as advertised. Instead, it was overly compensated with mushrooms (not advertised on site menu) which Iām allergic to. The lettuce was soggy from the chicken piled on top of it. I shouldāve known just by looking at the employees they donāt know ANYTHING about making a good, healthy salad. Definitely wouldnāt recommend anything but their wings. They should just stick to what they knowā¦frying chickenš

Hey owners, tell FedEx that I thank them for supporting all my favorites restaurant... whatever I went they support it's been a minute maybe I should drop in so FedEx can packed the place out ...
Had a call in at 11:40. This restaurant is heavily understaffed. I didn't receive my order until 1:00. By that time, my lunch was over. The icing on the cake is that at 12:12 I asked her what was the progress on my order and she told me they were just waiting on the fries and took my payment. 4 other customers received their order before me. If she had of just told me the truth of the situation, I would've still had time to grab food elsewhere. The receptionist is also putting the food in the boxes while answering the phone while also handling the door dash and ubereats orders. They are overwhelmed. The cherry on top was the fact that the hot lemon pepper wings were just hot sauce and lemon pepper thrown together. No creativity. No real wing sauce. Just the bare minimum.

My coworkers and I will have to stop coming here because the customer service is not good when the owners arenāt present. We always have to wait an hour no matter what time we call them. We try calling as soon as they open. Got there at 11:45 and the orders still not ready. We have about 7to8 orders. Thatās why we call them as soon as they open. On top of all that they tell us they donāt have anymore ranch. They need HELP BAD. The food is good but definitely not worth it.

Today I was browsing around to figure out lunch plans, and remembered the time I picked up an order from Rikoās Kicking Chicken, and decided that today was the day to give them a try. Of course, the 10 piece wing combo (lemon pepper/dry) is what I ordered. Upon delivery, the delivery person was friendly upon arrival, he had a sense of proud to serve this food face expression, which boosted my anticipation of the food. The communication was very professional, the feel good delivery experience actually was a delight to encounter. So I tasted the food, and once again I had to go ahead and take note of this deliciousness from a restaurant that serve great wings. The flavor of the lemon pepper is very prominent, that had me pausing within each bite just to take in the bursting flavor of these wings. Now, if youāre a wing person then you know not every wing taste the same from different places, some even have a unique twist to them, however, whenever you find a particular location that serves wings that makes you want to drop everything, and even put down your phone so you can fully enjoy the meal, itās a win-win, and this place definitely haves a win-win. Not to mention that itās in midtown, close to everything. One of the top contenders of wings! A delightful meal experience all around from the delivery to the meal. I definitely will try other menu items, if the Lord says the same. Thanks Rikoās Kickin Chicken!!!

I really like Rikos honey gold and hot wing sauce . Mind you I say the sauce /flavor because on multiple occasions Iāve order from them and they do not cook my chicken how I ask for it to be cooked. So on today for instance I called in my order and asked her to have my wings fried xtra crispy . Well they werenāt even crispy at all they were so soft Iām scared of how they wouldāve been if I didnāt ask for them to be crispy. So I decide to call after being fed up , the lady says ā Well I told him to fry them crispyā I said ā they are really soft they are not crispy at all ā all she says is ā Iām sorryā . No type of compensation or anything. Iāve never experienced that level of customer service . I try to support black businesses but this is exactly why I donāt at times. I donāt think Iāll be going back there anymore.
