Absolutely amazing everything. I had the elfo special and it was the BEST pasta dish I’ve ever had in life. Pasta cooked perfect. Seasonings just right. Huge shrimp. Definitely authentic and freshly made. Also, my Shirley temple drink was awesome
And the bourbon wood cherries were the best I’ve ever had. The bread was so good; you must get it piping warm. The oil and the black liquid went great together for the bread. I also had the cookies and cream cheesecake. It was very good but I did not like the crust. It went very well with the blueberries. Lastly, my server Tiffany was amazing. This will definitely be me and hubby’s spot very soon. 😊 Hands down top tier Italian restaurant.

Up to today, I have always been a fan. Today that changed. For a week or so, my wife has been trying to retrieve a digital gift card that I mistakenly deleted from my phone. Totally my fault. My wife has spoken to Randi on a couple of occasions to pursue this. Randi had committed to a follow-up in an attempt to resolve. Today, my wife visited in person. Randi was indignant towards her, accused her of lying and attempting to defraud the restaurant. She even made some derogatory comment when my wife was attempting to explain that we were attempting to solve this now after 14 months because last year was birth of our Son. Randi, you claimed to be the owner today, please understand I will make it my mission to encourage everyone I know to boycott your restaurant. I employ 277 staff and we service over 400 Residents within 8 miles of your establishment. They will all hear of this experience. Your Customer service is deplorable and you are not worthy of any patrons. The fact that you insulted my wife is beyond belief! And if you lied, and are not the owner, you should be fired.

I loved that they took some of there dishes to add to grocery stores. Unfortunately I had it once and loved it to death!. (True Italian like myself, has to special order. (Everything !) to get the proper ricotta specialized cheese and make it in lasagna and certain ingredients used to make this product is spectacular!) I don't know if there's been a shipping issue or problem of why Kroger doesn't carry it or has been out of stock for a while but I miss this this is the best you will ever have all lasagna with that special ricotta cheese that they put in and you can't buy that ricotta cheese in a store it's a special order made.) and believe me it's very rare to find something this good especially in Mississippi! And say you got it from the store it's in the fresh department by the deli. You can take that wrap it up in a certain way as it comes freeze it depending how you do it and it will last for 6 months pull it out and thought and cook it it tastes like it was just made.
(Fyi) I liked the old recipe, I don't know why you changed it? The old recipe was actually perfection of flavors of both northern and southern Italy coming together as one.

We had a group of ten and I called to see if they could accommodate us at the last minute on a Friday night. The girl called me back within 5 minutes after speaking with her manager and got us in. Our meal was absolutely fantastic and our waiter, Albert was one of the best waiters we have ever had. We will definitely be going back there upon our next visit to Germantown.
The portion sizes have gotten smaller, and they are charging a credit card fee and for bread too. Please devein the shrimp more on your dishes. The Elfo was dry and stiff, not buttery and light

Ronnie Grisantis never disappoints! Food was delicious! Grisantis is one of the few restaurants where I can enjoy a quiet meal and not have to scream over the background noise.
The manicotti is life changing. Seriously. Best I've ever had, hands down. The tortellini is off the charts and the margherita pizza is phenomenal, with a perfect crust and tons of cheese. The house made chianti wine vinaigrette is out of this world and the balsamic bread dipper is addictive. The staff is friendly and the bartenders are knowledgeable and great company. Ariana is a great conversationalist and knows her sports. This place has set the bar much higher when it comes to Italian food for me.

Restaurantji Recommends
I placed my reservation a week early and when we got there our table wasn't ready even though the place was only at a quarter capacity. I just wasn't impressed with the service, the food has always been amazing but the service has gone down hill. As we left I told the hostess to have a good night but she was preoccupied playing with a fidget toy and I caught her off guard. I work in customer service and I always thank my customers for their business, it's the little things that make a difference
All fives...even from the East German judge. Best Italian food in town.

Horrible experience would not recommend. Manager on duty was the worst. Food was horrible. Even spoke to one of the owners and they had no interest in hearing the customer out. Would not recommend dining at this establishment.

Tiffany Brimhall was the most amazing server there could possibly ever be! Her recommendations were spot-on, the attention she gave us was perfect, and she was so very kind. I would eat at this restaurant again just to have the experience of seeing Tiffany again.
