I’ve been twice and both times received great service from the wait staff. They have an okay beer selection and the atmosphere is nice. My only complaint is both times I’ve ordered the deep dish and it came out at room temperature. The first time I thought maybe it was someone else’s who changed their mind or was made by mistake and had been sitting awhile and I came along and ordered, but this last visit was exactly the same. The crust was warm and the cheese melted, but the pepperoni, sausage and sauce was at room temperature. My assumption is these are premade and when ordered the toppings are added and it is heated up. I think the pizza would be delicious if it was hot.

No stars.Noticed the dirty floor right away. Paper,food, crayons.Sat at dirty table that wasn't wiped.Given 2 menus that had crud smeared on them.I asked for the table to be cleaned and for clean menus. Half the table was wiped leaving the streaked substance right infront of me. They swept under our table which required us getting up again. They gave us different menus that were equally nasty.It was very noisy in there. Maybe I could have tolerated but at this pointit was just not worth it.Folks, it's just too expensive to dine out and not expect near perfection. If you can't even keep a place clean don't expect to be in business long.We didn't even so much as order drinks. Seen enough. Left.Clean your place!

Great beer selection and good food, but awful service and noisy atmosphere. Was there 2 hours and one got one water refill. Had to request a beer three times. Calamari and Brussel Sprouts are AMAZING!

Foods great! That’s really the only positive thing I have to say about our experience. We did pick up about a month ago and it was amazing so we thought we would go in to eat this time. They were quite busy for a Thursday with children running around like it was a playground. We didn’t even care about that. Our server, Jamal, was probably the least attentive and negligent server I’ve had in a long time. Had an AirPod in his ear the entire time. Whether he was actually listening to something or not is not the point, it shows he wasn’t paying attention. If the AirPod didn’t show it, the fact that he didn’t look at us at all and would sit stuff down and immediately leave the table while we are trying to get his attention with verbal and visual cues. We waited a very long time for things such as our boxes, which we ended up having to get ourselves. He eventually brought some after we already had them, but this happened with salads too. To top it all off he switched our bill with the table next to ours, charging us basically double the amount and when we all tried to get his attention he disappeared again. When he finally showed up we told him about it and all he did was switch the receipts and walk away. Not refunding the checks or anything like that until we all finally flagged him down a while later… again. There was no offer to make our experience any better at all. Just a quick apology and he disappeared year again. Worst service ever and it may be a while before we are back because of it. Will probably just stick to pick up.

First time dining in and we were pleasantly surprised! Great menu and food options. Love the different pizza crust-style options (Chicago, Detroit etc.) Great craft beer menu. Also loved all the TVs - great place to catch a game! This place is definitely on our east Memphis radar now!

This place was great!! Exactly what we were looking for - a casual, kid friendly place to watch a football game. Food was delicious, great drink menu and service was wonderful! Would come back again.
Waited 15 min then we were sat with another couple because they said it was a really long table. Awkward! Then the waitress took our orders, but came back and hadn’t ordered our pizza. Then she came back and said they were out of deep dish. Ordered lasagna and meatball sandwich. No big deal on flavor. Noodles squishy. At the end we wanted tea refill. She said it was brewing. Waited and flagged her down and she said no body had pushed the brew button. Really? Very disappointed in the 2 hrs we spent there.

Rachel (bartender) is great – very attentive to guests – she made sure that the food and drinks were good and checked in often. Very good experience if you want wood fired pizza or calzone in a light atmosphere.

Pizza was good.However ordered glass of Cabernet on waitress recommendation.We told her house Cabernet would be fine. When served the glass ( serving)Wasn’t even 1/3 full.We were shocked when we received the bill $15 for that under filled portion of wine. That’s outrageous $$ for 1 below average glass of Cabernet.This is a family pizza restaurant, not a 5 star Steakhouse.Our pizza (Krewe Cheestick) was $13.This was a total rip off and we were so furious we paid bill and left.If this is the way Rotolo’s upsells and treats their loyal customers, we certainly will not be back!
