Ruth's Chris Steak House

The Ruth's Chris food and service were great. They have an excellent chef and the servers were superb.

From the moment we walked in being greeted and saying our name correctly was really great. Got to the table and the server greeted us and was very personable. From the drink orders to the appetizers moving on to dinner with the sides and then of course they're wonderful desserts, it was truly a wonderful experience And why you go to Ruth Chris.

The server, David, spilled the full glass of water on my mom. Everytime we wanted something, he would tell us to wait. 2 of us ordered medium well steak, they came back well done. The garlic mashed potatoes were a servering for maybe 3, we had a table of 5 The ambience was great and the manager, Todd We also visited the Jersey City location in 2021. Every thing was good except the ambience

The food and service was superb. Our waitress, Lela provided excellent customer service. She was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. It was refreshing to have an enjoyable dinner and outstanding customer service.

Great atmosphere! Everything was excellent from service to food. My husband had the lamb chops and my son and I had filets. Great place to celebrate a birthday.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a professional and welcoming hostess who set the tone for an outstanding dining experience. Our server, Sonya, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the level of care from the entire team. The managers even stopped by our table to check in and personally congratulate us, which made the night feel even more special. It's rare to find a place that excels in both service and cuisine, but this restaurant does exactly that. We'll definitely be back!

Service was humiliating and infuriating. I'm 67, and for the first time in dining at RC for over 30 years, I was asked for photo ID by our server. I thought she was joking and thanked her for the compliment. Alas, she was quite serious and the manager backed her up, so I was not allowed to have a glass of wine. Meanwhile, my husband enjoyed a drink without being carded. Once the manager realized that my husband had not been asked for photo ID by our server, he quickly came over to request it. There's more, but bottom line - dine elsewhere.

We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary and were treated very special. Alex was attentive and friendly. The manager, Todd, was kind and appreciative how he checked in with every table. The young lady that boxed our food and cleared our table was very kind & professional. The food was amazing!

Do not come to this Location! It is on the WORST LIST FOR Ruth Chris FRANCHISES!! Google it ! My personal experience on more than one occasion is they do not cook a medium rare steak correctly and the cleanliness is what you would expect for a Franchise owner who doesn’t care about service or quality!. Service is lacking experience and the current management is rude and you will have to argue with them to explain that they didn’t cook your steak right. My steak had red and cold parts and well done parts. Was told that they “were training a new chef” well? Then why argue? The next time I went there. Same thing… bad service, dirty glasses, bad quality food. Sad to see that employees are constantly going for smoke breaks and playing with their phones.. go to the Capital Grill or Seasons 52 … or even outback.. terrible… btw the ratings and reviews are fake. You can’t make one of the worst restaurants in the Ruth Chris chain and still have a great rating… you have been warned

Service was excellent!
Food was not worth the money. Lobster mac n cheese was so terrible we ended up throwing it away. No flavor whatsoever.
Save your time and money and go to another steak house.
