This is my secret place of peace and Pho. Its taken me years to do this review because i still believe in gatekeeping a tad bit. However, this place has Thee most Authentic, flavorful, and consistent Bone broth I've ever experienced. Anytime I try to patronize elsewhere, Im highly disappointed in myself and run back home to Ryu🫶🏽 All of there food is great but Pho and Sushi are my absolute favorite here. Also they remember my face and name so the customer service is very good.

This was the first time my husband and I came to this place. We were at the market next door and decided to dine in. The lady that greeted us was so nice she took care of us right away. The food was delicious and the place was very cute cozy and private. What really stood out to me was the pure heart the owner has. She’s very sweet and very attentive. They close at 8 and we got there at 8. She said it was fine and let us stay to dine in, the workers were gone and she cooked all our food. Honestly she’s a gem and deserves all the praise and appreciation in the world. She really touched my heart with her way of being. I would recommend this place solely on her personality but the food and the style of the place also make it that much more amazing. It really is a great spot.

Can not be beaten! One of a kind GEM in Memphis area. I think it’s TOP 1 by now in my heart. Excellent foods here with exceptional service by Michelle. Noodles are made with neutral tension that makes it great taste, the soap base is also tasty, materials are full of entire bowl.Sushi is also great taste like half soft and half crisp. Warm and a bit old fashioned atmosphere makes it look gem.We will be back again.

Love the hand rolls. I appreciate that Togo is fast & efficient so I get it on Uber eats a lot when Im at work. I like when I have time to sit and dine in also. Chill vibe, The open kitchen is pretty cool. Service is very friendly

I moved back to Memphis a couple of years ago. I hadn't revisited Ryu since I returned. Everything was great, My server, Michao (In not sure of the spelling,)was attentive and helpful. I will definitely be returning again in the near future.

My first time trying last week and got the steak kimichi pho it was so amazingggg along with the fried dumplings!! I love spice so I asked for chili paste and Michele suggested chili oil and I couldn't thank her enough for the recommendation. I brought my grandparents back the next day and they loved it as well. Also, we tried the spring rolls and they were so delish. 10/10 also Michele is so nice with great customer service.
