I asked for a less oily chicken boneless biryani, and they delivered it perfectly—it was flavorful, well-balanced, and exactly to my taste. They have a very authentic Indian taste! Their biryani and rasam taste so good. NGL Sometimes overcharges, and their charges are very different for online orders and in-person orders, which is not decent. Except for the issue with their fees, their biryani is always up to the mark.
Food was delicious! Customer service was bad. One male staff member was rude & not friendly. Being aware of differences in culture and other races is important when working with the public. I will try them again, due to the food being delicious!
