Not so good. We came in for a drink. The bartender raved about the herbed steak mexicana. On the menu it was a ny strip with mole sauce. We ordered it. It was a ribeye that was crap quality (chewy like a low end steak). With a watery sauce and three slices of mushrooms. It came out medium rare though.. which was good. Now a lot of folks will think this was good. But it sucked. Mainly because the menu and item totally didnt match that was described. The steak was very low quality. The margaritas were very sugary.. even though they were the fancy especials. $12 each. This place kinda sucks. The bartenders were joking how people couldn't tell the difference between crap(meomi) and crap(clos du bois) pinot noir (yea i agree with that!). So they just poured whatever. Just a low class place in a very high class neighborhood.

Ordered the "Camarones Del Rey" (Large Gulf shrimp sauteed in garlic and wine with hearts of palm, sliced mushrooms and spinach in a delicate white wine cheese sauce. Served with zucchini dore). Expected to receive "large" shrimps but received the smallest shrimps imaginable. Asked the manager, David, why the shrimps are so small, he explained that the large shrimps were cut in pieces and that these would be in fact large shrimps. I've told him that the Manue in this case would be misleading and that large shrimps should be in fact what the word says, large or jumbo. He, insisted that I "have not to show him what I had in mind when ordering, and that he would be done, good night!" So, I have not only a different expectation about how large shrimps should look like, but also how a manager should treat customers! Very disappointed in both!

Always great food, service, and atmosphere. I have even had last-minute business lunches there. Ceasar and crew are amazing!

Nice atmosphere and tasty Mexican fare. Didn't try their margaritas but I'll bet they're good.
LOVE Salsa!! One of my favorite spots to get Mexican food in Memphis, the food is always delicious! The only thing is the upstairs ambience is not really as nice as the downstairs so just a heads up!

Great experience from the service, inside, and food. Highly recommend. I was amazed that they serve their steak fajitas sliced whole, instead on minced to pieces as many other Mexican eateries locally. Wife's enchiladas were excellent as was the container of guacamole we brought home. Prices may be a bit higher, but the quality of the food matches the price in my opinion. The complimentary chips were also outstanding as they were fresh and slightly seasoned (spicy) that you did not even need a dip to eat them (LOL!). Have to mention that outstanding service by our waiter Tyler. Thank You Tyler for a memorable authentic Mexican/Tex - Mex meal. Salsa is our new place for authentic Mexican experience in dining. Keep up the good work and keep the standards high.

Prices do not match . Customer service is rude. Every time I order prices are different . I asked the server why my total is different every time I order even though my order the same thing and she couldn't even tell me why.
The fajitas and cheese dip were really good. Several at the table had frozen margaritas that they said were good as well as guacamoleParking: Had to park quite away from restaurant too many restaurants that use the same parking

Another bad experience at salsa and wasn’t even given a table - we arrived 5 mins before lunch ended and was escorted out of the establishment to be told the chef “closed” the kitchen early. We were only told sorry and nothing to make it better. We ate our meal in the area, but sad how a local business handles their customers AGAIN

We were not informed that they close for mid afternoon just told in a rude tone they were closing we need to go. 2nd time there. 1st time I sat for 10 minutes no one even came by the table so I left.
