I've been going here for 10 years at least and it's the worst I've seen. Takes 10 min after your pick up to get your food, employees laughing and cutting up while many people are waiting for food. Last time I ordered the loaded baked potato soup and the gave me broccoli n cheddar!! So disgusting!! 😢

5.1.25 Decided to give this location another chance.. big mistake.. same bad service. I ordered ahead online but when I got there I was told my food was given to someone else in error. It took an act of congress almost to get the order remade.
Wish I could give negative stars! On two different occasions the owner was extremely rude! I decided to give the business another chance yesterday and she was equally rude. When I entered the store my order was waiting by the counter, no other customers were in the store. I noticed a soda cup and straw next to the order. I immediately told the cashier I hadn’t ordered a soda. The cashier insisted it came with my meal. Although I didn’t want it, I filled it up with soda and waited while they remade a part of my order because it was wrong. I practically had to BEG for the 5 bags of chips that came with my family’s order... showing her repeatedly on the Internet receipt in her hand that I had paid for them. Out of nowhere the rude store owner comes from the back, no greetings just rudeness.. got in my face saying the soda did not come with meal and I owed $2.79. I told her I didn’t ask for it, that it was given to me.. she continued to yell $2.79 while holding on to register. I threw the soda in the trash (refused to pay for it)and asked for my order that was being remade. So then the owner said I didn’t pay for 5 bags only 4 and that I owed $1.49... now I’m pissed and told her to look at my receipt and quit trying to nickel and dime me. When she couldn’t get extra funds out of me she went into the kitchen and began yelling at the workers accusing them of giving me a free soda. I don’t know the workers personally. Due to Covid19 all employees, except the store manager had on masks. Not only was she rude to me she was disrespectful to her staff, yelling directly in their faces without a mask over a $2.79 soda that I truly believe she placed there before I arrived in order to get me to buy it! I will never return!

Placed an Uber eats order and they made my order how they wanted too! Instead of the manager admitting they made the order wrong and messed it up she put it on courier, saying if we didn’t have the items they should have contacted you. The courier was not notified to contact me which means they had the items and made the order wrong! Ordered a kids meal! The juice was missing and so was the cookie! They weren’t out they are just trying to to get the money and keep the items!

I love schlotzkys also when I travel I do like to try to eat at one. Sometimes there are some failures of flavor in the meat, not here. The sandwich here was fantastic. A little heavy on the pepper for my other fellow eaters but perfect for me.
Always get turkey bacon club. It was fantastic! I love the sourdough crunch and cheese had a slightly buttery flavor. It was a+.

I'm from Ft. Worth Texas, and there was a Schlotzcky's in Southaven, and it closed, so I have to locate one in Memphis..There's just not enough of them!
