I placed an online order on Jan 11 for pick up at 2:10PM. When I arrived to pick up my order. It was not there. Manager (ASIAN woman) asked me to give her my order number. I showed her the email confirmation on my phone. She went to back of location and spoke with her husband . She came back in front of store and said to me not good order number. I showed her email confirmation again. She went ahead my made my order. They did not offer any apologies or thanks yous. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD

Schlotzkys is very constant which I appreciate! Reliably great! Unique sandwich shop that we have loved! The bread is amazing. Their loaded potato soup is great as well!

Can’t ever pass up an opportunity to get a Schlotzsky’s sandwich. Traveling and stopped here to eat! I got the roast beef. Wife and son ordered the veggie and daughter get the pizza and salad! All was prepared to perfection! Highly recommend giving this place a try.Vegetarian options: No problem eating here! Plenty to choose from!
