There was an ant in my drink and the place wasn’t busy at all, this was my first and last time going to this place and trying one of their drinks, just a waste of money and the worker there was not communicating well, it was just a bad experience overall.

It’s been almost 2 months. Still no refund and no management has reached out or responded. I have been reaching out to the store manager and she has stopped responding. What is the deal? Is this the type of customer service that is provided by this company? Who makes a customer wait this long for a refund. I never received my items, the refund should have been immediately processed.

I ordered the Buddy carmelicious blender drink and asked for no whip. That gave me a drink with missing toppings. I went back through the line and a really big dark skinned lady went into a fuss about adding my toppings that they FORGOT to put on there. She said they couldn’t put all on them on there because they already gave it to me… That doesn’t make any sense when you don’t add them from the start! They need to get back the other workers. Normally when a place forget to add something they easily make it right… that’s unacceptable!

I'm giving them 4 stars because I love scooters but I ordered a coffee and they had ran out of Carmel sauce and instead of telling me that they just used Carmel syrup and that is not a good taste. Completely different. And it's not just this location that does this. If you run out of a flavor tell the customer so they can decide on what they want.

I guess you only get a response if you leave 5 stars. This was the worst location I have ever been to. Still waiting for a refund from 10/8/2025 for items I never received. I will never support this brand and will be sure to tell all my coffee friends who USE to frequent here to make sure they never do again, EVER! Give me my money

I stopped by Scooter’s one day just to try them out, and I’ve been hooked ever since! The quality of their coffee is consistently excellent, smooth, flavorful, and always the perfect temperature. You can tell they take pride in every cup.
Their food options are just as good, tasty, fresh, and well-priced for what you get. Whether I’m grabbing breakfast or a quick snack, it always hits the spot.
What really made me a returning customer, though, was the friendly atmosphere and that fun little catchphrase at the drive-thru “Scoot around!” It’s such a small thing, but it adds so much personality and makes the experience memorable.
Scooter’s has definitely become my go-to coffee spot. Great coffee, great service, and a great vibe every time!
