I love Scooters! The baristas are always nice to me, even early on weekend mornings with Jamison and Sarah. They are really fast too. Favorite coffee shop in Memphis!! I just tried Oliver’s barista creation today - iced mocha/white mocha with cold foam. Try it!

I go to this location because it is close to my work. I consider myself a regular, getting the same or adding something sweet to eat. First they change the icing on the cinnamon roll, then they have no oatmeal cookie for my drink and now they gave me a medium ice coffee and said that is what I heard. I am done.

This was my first time trying Scooter’s, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, one of the drinks I paid for wasn’t available. The employee took my email and said a manager would handle the refund, but no one ever contacted me. Instead, I received a small courtesy reward that didn’t match what I paid. I’ve tried calling the store and submitting feedback, but I haven’t been able to get any response.
On top of that, when I went to the Scooter’s website to submit another feedback form, I couldn’t access my account. The password reset didn’t work, and it acted like my account didn’t exist.
Overall, this visit wasn’t handled properly.

Greater commitment to saying Scoot around after you place an order than paying attention to drink directions.
Most staff are kind and supportive. Trans rights!
However some employees fail to listen to basic drink directions. No sugar doesn’t mean some sugar.
I’ve visited 5 times in the past month. 3 of the 5 times there’s been so much ice in the cup that I haven’t been able to fit a straw into it. Twice I had to ask an employee to remove ice. See photo for my drink earlier today. 1 is an accident, 2 is a bummer. 3 is a pattern.
$5 for the pictured ice and a splash of coffee.
I cannot speak to the quality of hot beverages or food. I only order iced coffees.

I think it’s hilarious that the employees here, Sarah, scout, & Jayla are writing good reviews for the company. I have came by here many times as I work for the city and always ask the employees what’s their names. This store is not good. I also have complaints about Alex and Oliver. Oliver doesn’t smile. I prefer the other scooters in AR. I will not be coming back here. There was also hair in my food. Sarah likes to rush you on the speaker when ordering.

Great coffee and great service . My navigation didn’t take me to the correct location , so I called the phone number online and the owner gave me directions to the store .He was extremely helpful and the coffee was exceptional!

I come here at LEAST 3-4 times a week and i am always greeted with the kindest faces , my drinks look beautiful and taste SPOT on! Highly recommend the everything bagel it’s super yummy:) They also occasionally leave cute messages on a cinnamon roll box which always puts a smile on my face!
