This drive-thru coffee store was amazing! And I don't even drink coffee!
I ordered a maple waffle sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches between two sweet mini-waffles) and an Oreo blender (minus the espresso). Think of it as a smooth Oreo cookie shake. It was an amazing lunch.
The staff was pleasant and efficient and hearing them tell you to "scoot on around" as you finish your order always evokes at least a silent chuckle.
It's well worth your time to check out Scooter's Coffee in Midtown Memphis.

Found this place about 2 months ago and started getting coffee there about then. At 1st, it seemed a great new alternative to spme of the more established brands. No made up names etc: an XL is an XL.
The last two visits have been disappointing.
Yesterday is a good example. I'm not a latte guy; medium or light roast, a shot, cream & 2 raw sugars.
Yesterday, ordered as above but no sugar or cream provided.
Service is OK & certainly polite but if I'm paying $5.46 for my XL as detaIlled, thats what I expect. Yesterday was only close in terms of size. There was a couple of minor screw ups over the last week; wife's white choc moca was a little sketchy x2 so I think we're moving on. Too bad; started well, fell off quickly . . .

Amazing Service and Fun Drinks ! More on the sweeter side, not a specialty Coffee shop but definitely a very friendly chain coffee. The food sizes are small, like their burrito will fit the palm of your hand so order 2 if want a fuller meal!

Honestly, the iced coffee is EXTREMELY sub par, it tastes like Starbucks bottled up coffee that was poured over ice. Nothing spectacular about, especially for the money paid for it ( over priced in my opinion )! Perhaps, we should've tried the ' blended ice coffee '. We will most likely just pass on scooters and go elsewhere.

I decided to try scooters and for my first time I was highly disappointed. I ordered the iced caramelicious coffee and specifically asked for extra caramel and didn’t get it. It was an overpriced drink that I could’ve made better at home. I’ll just stick to 7brew and Starbucks. $16 for 2 small drinks that wasn’t made right the first time is insane. Highly over hyped. I did enjoy when the person taking my order said “Scoot on around”but that’s it.
