My husband and I came here for my husband’s birthday and we were immediately greeted with kindness! Our server’s name was Emily, and she was SO kind and super helpful as we had many questions about recommendations considering we are not from the area and were indecisive about food. She met every question with a smile and had great insight on the kind of food/drinks we would like, and everything tasted AMAZING! The hosts were also super nice! All around we had an amazing experience considering it is the holidays and customer service can be very stressful! We really appreciate the kindness!

Loved eating here but some of the greeters/servers weren't polite to everyone? To be fair it was very crowded and it's holiday season so I can totally understand not everyone being merry during the busiest time of the year. The food and atmosphere always make up for it though!

I would not recommend patronizing this establishment. My birthday experience yesterday was nearly ruined.
My brother and I arrived and waited to be seated, only to be completely skipped and not greeted by the host. After finally being acknowledged, we were told there would be a 15–20 minute wait and that we would be contacted when our table was ready.
We explained to the host that we’d sit at the bar and order drinks and appetizers while we waited for our table.
After 35–40 minutes of never being called, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the same host—who had forgotten about us entirely—told us to “have a great night,” which was incredibly frustrating and dismissive.
To make matters worse, my glass of wine was flat and served in a glass covered in water spots. We ordered two Philly cheesecake flatbreads, which were horrendous—bland, barely any steak and overloaded with green onions. Overall, the food quality was extremely disappointing.
We left and went to Stoney River just 8 minutes away, where the experience was the complete opposite.
We were greeted immediately, the staff was friendly and engaging, our waitress was warm and attentive, and the food was flavorful and enjoyable. They even surprised me with a complimentary slice of birthday cake with a candle, which truly meant a lot.
Had we stayed at Seasons 52, my 43rd birthday would have been completely ruined.
Based on the way we were treated, I do feel as though we were racially discriminated against , which made the experience even more uncomfortable, upsetting and deeply disappointing.
Parking was also horrible, which only added to the frustration of the entire experience.
