Food is pretty tasty and my son enjoy their Philly steak. I love the fried green tomatoes and they only burnt my order once but other than that they're on point.

I love that food is cooked fresh. I’m a Chicago girl so I appreciate the authentic taste! I can’t get enough of the famous seasoning. Very good and reasonably priced.

Custom services is trash on the night shift i walked in no hello how may i help you. My order was ready she started cursing me out about some extra ketchup. I'm looking at it like ma'am what's the problem for asking for extra ketchup, if I give you some I got to charge you for it and also, she already charged me for the ranch too & taxed me on it 8 times each. I asked for a manger he trash also offered me a free drink wow really sir count yo days shark's will never get my money again

Charging extra for 6 mini mushrooms as if this is a premium size. For the amount, it's regular.

I tried to order a chicken pita at 9pm and they close at 10 , the man on the headset was getting smart and goes to say the grill is off . No restaurant should turn off anything before closing the store . That was a whole hour in advance . I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT ISNT RIGHT .

If you try to order the Family Special (6 pcs fish, 15 wings, fries, soda), the total is $52 and some change. When you order the same meal in person, the total is $62. I asked about this and the guy at the window didn't have an answer nor was the price difference honored. I think that's a little janky and wanted yall to know too. :)

The fish they’re serving as catfish is swai fish much Cheaper than catfish the taste and texture is different if you’re a true catfish lover but if you just hungry and trying to get a bite to eat they will get away with it the customer service however was good which is why I gave them a star at all I paid $25 for a 3 pc fish dinner that was supposed to be catfish and a kids meal very disappointed

One of the best places around! I go EVERYTIME I am in the area. Pick two combo is wayyyyyyy too much food. The okra was crispy just as I asked for it!
