Rather a long wait at dinner time. Especially since there is only one person taking orders on the phone and in person.

Food was great, we ordered quite a bit and it was ready within 15 minutes also it was prepared fresh. The downside to this place is that it is in a not so nice part of Memphis, broken bottles all over the parking lot and not really a place you want to sit down and eat.

The best food! Long time customers since the 80s . Same familiar faces when we order. Every thing I have ever tried I enjoyed. They switched up and put larger carrots in the egg rolls but they are still fantastic

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for over 30 years, and the food has always been consistently good. The flavors, quality, and portions have remained reliable, which is a rare and appreciated trait these days.

However, it's hard not to notice the decline in the overall experience. Much like the changing appearance of the surrounding neighborhood, the restaurant has lost some of its charm. It has shifted entirely to takeout—there’s no longer an option to dine in, which is disappointing for those of us who remember the welcoming atmosphere it once had.

While the food still holds up, I miss the full dining experience that used to make this place special.

Hello, I went to Sing Lay order a A large Sing lay fried rice and small fried When I got my order at home, not sure what happened, but the order was small. Also, it lacked the other ingredients such as shrimp, chicken and beef. They were about six small shrimp and hardly any beef. I was very disappointed because they used to give you quite a bit of fried rice, but the container was only half full. I know things are going up, but I feel cheated, but it did taste good.
