Just discovered this eatery recently and went today for lunch. We had the Southwest eggrolls, side salad, onion rings, and fries. Everything was well prepared, the right temps, and delicious. The dining area was spotless, and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Kevin J made us feel welcome and like we were family. And note, I rarely do reviews, but just couldn't let this one slip by.

This is my 2nd time visiting & eating at Smackers but my 1st time at this location. I absolutely love their food. Due to the ice/snow storm they slightly limited on certain food but my home boy and I ordered a Turkey Burger but with the smack sauce etc and that thang was so damn good and the cajun fries. Definitely will continue to come back and eat here.

We had an excellent meal at Smackers in Memphis! The Philly and Smash Burger were absolutely delicious full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The customer service was outstanding; the owner even came to check if we liked our food, which made us feel truly valued. This spot will definitely be our first stop when we return to Memphis. Highly recommend!
This location is a lot better than one on Highland. Burger was hot and very well seasoned.

Tried them for the first time today. Was fantastic! The caramel cake was SO GOOD! I had the smack burger with onion rings as well. Staff were lovely. Food was out in a reasonable amount of time. Great casual dining burger place.

We were going to eat in, but the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. There were 4 TV's all with different things playing and the sound on. Very unpleasant.
The girl at the front desk was not pleasant. She was also wearing pajama pants. Unprofessional, if you ask me.
Also, it took 15 minutes for 2 salads (Chef and Ceasar). There was only one other person in the restaurant. Will not eat here again.

Today November 21th I went outside that restaurant where they were giving away free turkey burgers and chips was supposed to be giving out $20 well the manager told me and the four people behind me that was doing line supposed to get the free burgers and the free $20 well when we get up they tell us we don't get the $20 that is and free and not telling the truth the manager walked out and the girl said he'll get $20 after the manager told us we would. When we ask a young girl why we need to get the $20 she said a manager only gives it to certain people after the manager told us to our face that we would get the $20 plus the free meal.
This was my first time to try this place. It seemed to good great when l walked in. Then ordered, after getting my order it was sad to see the shrimp that were so small. Fried too long, then had poop still in them. Even took coating off. Just look at this. I will try this place again because l have heard good things about them. But l do suggest you get larger shrimp, just don't give as many.

I normally get the a pasta plate from here, very tasty but this time I tried a brisket sandwich, I heard the staff asking around for slaw, when I received my sandwich I seen the slaw was missing so I asked if they had any slaw because my sandwich didn’t have any, the staff said they were out of slaw. I would have liked to have been told upfront! I proceeded to sit, waited for my sandwich to cool off because all food comes out smoking fresh hot, than I ate and finished my sandwich, after my sandwich was all gone than here comes the staff offering me a small portion of slaw, I told her I’ve already finished my sandwich. I would have liked to have ate my sandwich with all the ingredients it calls for or at least told up front that my food was going to be missing a key ingredient, as a customer why am I the one asking about the food they cooked if they knew they didn’t put any slaw on it.

Got the $17 pasta. Serving size wasn’t worth it. Had to ask for my chicken to be remade due to it being dry and overcooked. Employees I spoke to made it seem as it was normal and said people always complain about the portions. Kool-Aid could be a tad bit sweeter and cheaper. Over hyped over priced restaurant.
