I am a frequent customer of Smackers, I love this spot. The food is always A1, but this evening the service was horrible. The closing time is 7pm. We arrived a few minutes before 6pm, ordered our food and told cahier we were dining in. We then sat and waited on food, which was normal. Once the food came it was in togo bag. We then processed to start eating our food. The cashier yells out that dine in ends at 6:30pm. So we had to pack up our food and leave the establishment. Remember they didn't close til 7pm. That's was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time.We weren't the only customers that started to eat food. I love the food but because of the service, I will not return. SMACKERS PLEASE DO BETTER‼️

Got food to eat there but the atmosphere is lacking so we left and ate somewhere else. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, there's a place to sit and eat if you choose to, but we preferred to get it to go, besides it was already packaged in to-go containers. The honey gold wings, fries, burgers, egg rolls, we're all amazing.

I placed my order through the app and selected no cheese on my burger- I received my order with cheese and when I called to see if I could get my order corrected- I was brushed off, told “if you ordered no cheese and there was cheese on there- I don’t know what to tell you- you’ll have to call back after 2 and talk to the manager.” As I’m asking who I need to ask for when I call back- Andrea just hangs up in my face… So, my order was wrong…. and I have to wait for a manager to come to work to get it corrected… weird business practice, but okay. This was my first and last time spending my money here. The burger looks great- but I’ll ever know how it tastes… the okra, however, was amazing. Andrea- was not. Very dismissive, very unhelpful.

My friend and I finally got a chance to try Smackers. When we got there, we ordered directly from the store tablet. We then sat down in some high chairs while we waited for our order. I just noticed how clean the restaurant is. The workers did a really good job with how clean the restaurant is. When the lady let us know that our food was ready, I couldn’t wait to open the bag. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Club with Spicy Fries, and my friend ordered the Grilled Chicken Pasta. The Grilled Salmon Club was absolutely amazing. The cajun remoulade just bought out all the flavors from the salmon, bacon, and cheese. The spicy fries were just okay nothing too special. I also tried a little of my friend's Grilled Chicken Pasta. The pasta was okay but needed more sauce and less oil.

Every time I order my food at the Bartlett location they never fix it how it’s supposed to be made and I order online so there is no miscommunication I specifically ask for no tomatoes as I’m allergic and literally there hasn’t been one time where my food has not had tomato on it please read the tickets cooks and prepare the food accordingly I honestly feel they need to retrain the cooks because this is unacceptable.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to after my experience here. I placed an order for a quesadilla with fries. I noticed my fries were missing when I received my order. I went back in to let them know I didn’t receive my fries and ended up waiting 30 extra minutes for just fries. Terrible experience and I won’t be returning however I just want to warn others to check their order before leaving!
Discovered Smackers (on Highland) today for lunch. Such a great place with tasty food, a knowledgeable, friendly staff and wonderful service. Also, the owner could not have been a better host. We'll be back to Smackers!

Best burger in my life the brisket burger combo with cool aid fries, customer service was excellent, the cook was awesome and they have hand sanitizer on each table so you don't have to go to the restroom to clean your hands before or after eating very different from every other restaurant I've been to I love it stop by and give it a try you won't be disappointed.

The food was overpriced for the flavor and amount of food. The flavoring was very distasteful. The season was not enough and lacked true jerk flavor. The chicken was very dry. The fries were good but not great. It was dry and lacked season. I did enjoy the music and the niceness of employees. I hope it was just a bad experience. And not like thid every time.
