Been here waiting on food for 45 min my receipt right how I want my food but they made it wrong so they got remake it they closed at 7 and I'm still here waiting on my food after 710 pm never had this experience with them no manger on duty to complain to

I had the salmon club and it was SUPERB! The salmon was cooked perfectly and was not over cooked and dried out! It was moist and tender. The fries were crispy and fresh as well. I will definitely be back.

I ordered my food online and paid at 6:29 pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:34 pm and the doors are locked. Staff is inside but won’t acknowledge anyone. The website says they close at 8pm. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Terrible service.

This spot was pretty cool! The food was very Good. The burger was flavored just right, the combination of flavors and sauce with the fried egg brought it all together. The spicy fries were so delicious. They had the right crunch to them. If you haven't been there you have to try it !

Get your staff in order! Girl putting orders together kept one hand on her phone, other putting to-go orders together. Put the phone down and use 2 hands to do your job. Cook came out of the kitchen with greasy gloves and touched the front computer. Super cross contamination! I threw my food away afraid to eat it. Yikes!!!

I am a frequent customer of Smackers, I love this spot. The food is always A1, but this evening the service was horrible. The closing time is 7pm. We arrived a few minutes before 6pm, ordered our food and told cahier we were dining in. We then sat and waited on food, which was normal. Once the food came it was in togo bag. We then processed to start eating our food. The cashier yells out that dine in ends at 6:30pm. So we had to pack up our food and leave the establishment. Remember they didn't close til 7pm. That's was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time.We weren't the only customers that started to eat food. I love the food but because of the service, I will not return. SMACKERS PLEASE DO BETTER‼️
