Everything was premium... The service was good even though they were busy. The food was epic... Freshly made, delicious and plenty. You will not leave hungry. The cleanliness, the service and atmosphere were top notch. Nothing was mediocre. We sat at the bar that had a very clean butcher block counter top. The only thing... And I mean the only thing... That could have made this experience any better while sitting at this bar... Was to have an ice cold Miller Lite. I'll give it a 8.9 outta 10. Don't argue with me... Argue with your mama.

Nice, clean place—and that’s the only positive. The food is wildly overpriced and obviously frozen, like it was pulled straight from Sam’s Club or Costco. The mozzarella sticks were cold in the middle, which is unacceptable. I ordered two Pick 4 samplers with lemon pepper wings and instead got lemon pepper chicken nuggets—clearly no attention to orders. The smash burgers were burnt to a crisp, and the cheesesteak was so salty it was nearly inedible. Overall, this place is a complete waste of money. I would never eat here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I observed today a courier driver asking to use the restroom and I overheard the worker say ask the owner and the young lady proceeded to ask and he immediately told her no customers only which is absurd . As I am a courier driver myself majority of the businesses allow us to use their facilities after all we are helping them out by delivering for them. I overheard the courier say she has used the restroom there before and it wasn't an issue. I can see if she just came off the street thats different but she is a courier driver helping this business out. After seeing this today I'm utterly disgusted. Do better the drivers are out working hard and sometimes we all may have to stop and take a restroom break and when we ask to use the restroom it shouldn't be an issue or a big deal.

**FIRST TIME REVIEW ** I came here from the STL and all I can say is that Smackers definitely SMACKS!!!👏🏾👏🏾 Excellent service and food. The peach bourbon sauce is amazing so ask for it when you go!!! 😋
Ordered food but wasn’t an option to edit tried calling to actually pick what I originally wanted & They don’t answer the phone . Constantly saying we are closed at 12:00 in the afternoon. Now I’m forced to get food I don’t want & let along get a refund 🤬 beyond pissed
