I always have a good experience here with the younger workers but today with the older woman working was horrible. A probably 30-40 year old african american woman, didn’t greet me when i walked in. Then i had an issue redeeming a reward in my app and she was incredibly rude . She was not helpful at all and was acting like i was lying to her about the reward. I will not be coming back to this location.

My smoothie was so nasty ? I threw it in the trash taste like old sausage ..I order this same smoothie at the Southaven location and it’s always good..never coming back here

I'm not sure where they find the people to work at this location, but they are the rudest people I've ever met. I walked in and the guy at the register just stares at me. I say "how's your today today?" and he still just stares. I place my order and he tells me we can't make it like that. You mean you can't add anything to a smoothie when it clearly says it on the menu?? I left and went to another location and they made it perfect. This whole location just needs to be shut down since they have multiple bad reviews about their service.
