Generally I have a good experience here every visit especially when the manager is there. She makes sure everything is extra on point for customers. All my smoothies have always been made to my utmost satisfaction. Definitely recommend

My first time here. The staff was nice with a greeting but the restaurant smelled like urine and the floors were filthy. When did Smoothie King start charging .27 for a plastic cup? Other Smoothie King usually ask my preference. My smoothie was like water no thickness at all. Bad experience. Will not return!

After reading several negative reviews about this place, I decided to go anyway. Terrible decision! No customer service, they didn't even acknowledge my presence when I came in and they are terribly slow with their product. I'm the only one in line and it took them 20 minutes to make my order. I had ordered two identical smoothies and when the young lady called my name she'd only made one. Told her I had ordered two and all types of attitude came from her. Showed her my receipt and she begrudgingly made the other. Never going in here again. In addition, they seem to care about their social media than their customers.
