Service is amazing, end product is on point only negative feedback is they only have one person making smoothies and manning the register where when you have 5 cars in front of you can take up to 20 minutes sometimes more. Specially during early hours. Only suggestion I have is put an extra person helping the guy at the window whether is manning the register or making smoothies only reason it’s only getting 3 stars

I'm a regular at all smoothie kings and was told that they don't sell Bowls after 8pm. It was 8:10 but okay. Took my $40 order somewhere else even though I was never told that before. Just they was ready to go home

We visit this smoothie king a couple times a week even though we have one closer to my home because the employees are so very nice and polite. I wish I knew the name of the guys that usually takes my order.

Excellent experience! I had a business meeting while enjoying a smoothie. Joseph had a personality out of this world! He had us from hello. He didn't know but we spent the 1st part of our meeting praising him! His mannerism, professionalism & genuine kindness will take him far. He's joining the military so we joined hands and prayed over him. He asked us about real estate so I gave him my card. I will support him in anything he does. Top Tier. I don't know another 18 y/o or anybody under 40 like him.

Out of all of the Smoothie King locations I've been to, this one is the best. The employees are always so nice and the smoothies always taste perfect. They deserve a better building than the little outdated one that they're operating out of, though!

Employees nice, respectful, and professional. Building itself looks like it needs some attention and leads one to think about what it is like inside. Parking lots an obstacle course as well to get across the street if not on same side of building. Only one lane open and not the quickest with getting people through drive through. Probably not going back. One in Bartlett has everything in order and complete package!!!How I rate products, marketing has poisoned peoples thinking into believing anything under 5 stars is not good!5 Star Its the best possible product period!4 Star Its an amazing combination of value/quality/functionality.3 Star It just does what it's supposed to without any major flaw.2 Star It doesn't meet expectations in price/quality/functionality. Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end.1 Star Garbage, doesn't deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise on your end.

Went there today and noticed I'd failed to leave reviews before. They probably have a flavor for everyone - coffee (yuck, but to each their own), pumpkin (again, not for me!), strawberry - you get the picture. Besides the flavors, they have offerings that lean toward health benefits - weight maintenance, caffein-infused this and that, (workout) recovery additives, etc. They even have vegan entries. I'm not sure about the health benefits - I just like a good-tasting smoothie occasionally.The wait is usually tolerable, especially if you use their app. It gives you a 'ready by' time, which I [refer over those of most fast food places, which require you to be on site before they'll start cooking or packing, The cost? Well, they're not cheap, but probably competitive with other similar shops.

I like smoothie king. If you like something sweet try the Caribbean way. If you want something a little healthier and not too sweet but good try apple kiwi kale. They are so good.

I worked as an employee here years ago. I'mBack home doing an internship for college and when I saw them building this place I was excited. Purchased one on the way to work and I must say yes they accomplished the great recipe ! I ordered a Large power punch plus! Anyone who says it tasted like a melted milkshake ? Doesn't understand the texture of a smoothie. It's smooth. It's cold and it's delicious. Although, it should never be without flavor or taste like water.
