I wanted to share feedback about the experience I had at your location this morning.
The store opened at 7:00 AM. I placed my mobile order at 7:03 while on my way, and I arrived around 7:10–7:11. I sat and waited for my order, but several customers who arrived after me had their orders prepared and handed to them first. The employee on duty apologized to them for delays, but never acknowledged my wait time or my order.
After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally asked if my online order for Sarah was ready. The employee told me to “hold on,” and when I explained we were running very late, she opened the fridge and said my drink was there and she would “make it in a minute.” At that point I declined because we could not wait any longer.
I fully understand that the store can get busy, especially with only one employee working. However, I was disappointed that my order—placed before everyone else—was delayed without any communication or apology, and that other customers were acknowledged while we were overlooked. The attitude and lack of accountability made the experience frustrating enough that I ended up leaving without the full order. (Also, the smoothie I picked up which is my usual taste like dust, had to throw away)

The people in here are very rude and it's very pricey here....I asked to speak to the manager and the lady looked at me and rudely said she was the manager but I know it's a man that's the manager because the other workers told me. They also said he's sarcastic and he knows her very well so I just won't be stopping by a Smoothie King 👑 anymore. I don't have time for no rude people...plus it's waaay too PRICEY for a smoothie. #This was a case of NEVER AGAIN!!

I just walked in and got the coldest greeting I’ve ever had. The two young employees were busy chatting in the back and looked very annoyed when I walked in to order something.

it’s also $11 for a smoothie which is outrageous.

I’ll never be back.

Your rude employees cost you a customer.

Smoothie King suite 106 on Poplar near Ridgeway is better than any smoothie king in Memphis.

The service is very friendly, they are very helpful in explaining the ingredients in the drinks. They go out of their way to make sure customers feel comfortable and satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and can offer great recommendations based on your preferences. Overall, the service at this establishment is top-notch and really adds to the overall experience.
