I visited 2 days ago and I have been in pain for 2 days! I always order a vegan pineapple and spinach. I typically go to another location but since I was in that side of town I decide on this location. Ordered my smoothie online and went through the drive thru to pick up. Looking at the smoothie in my head I felt like it looked lighter than usual but after tasting it I did not taste any milk but it’s clear that it was full of dairy!!! I’m so very dissatisfied with the lack of competence and mindfulness when it comes to completing orders. Please make sure that your employees know the ingredients and know how to READ!! Vegan means NO DAIRY! This is just another location that I will stay clear of.

I’ve been to this Smoothie King location multiple times, and the experience is consistently frustrating. The line is always long, and it seems like they’re always understaffed, which results in slower service. On top of that, I’ve received the wrong drink more than once, and when I’ve tried to use a discount code, it’s clear they’re not familiar with the process. The customer service could use significant improvement as well. It’s disappointing to see the same issues every time, and I hope management takes notice and makes some much-needed changes.

I visited the Smoothie 🥤 King 👑 on Winchester and Riverdale Road. The outside was clean including the landscape and patio. The inside of the store was clean and neat also. I actually came to redeem my birthday reward which was a coconut smoothie, but there system was down that redeem that item. The team leader showed me a list of all the smoothie they sell. I ask her could I make a personal smoothie. She allowed me to do that. So this is what we came up with the name of it is called ( PB Swizzle) No peanut, Butter Sub, Chocolate, Acia, Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana's, Chocolate Hazzlenut Drizzle. I mean this was very good. When I decide s to get a smoothie again smoothie king on Riverdale Road will be my go to Smoothie 🥤 King 👑.
Vegetarian options: You can make it any way you want to.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids will love this and it is a healthy options.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.

To begin, when I drove up to the window no one said hello or anything. I sat and waited for a while, and kept saying “hello.” Finally someone came to the window and I said my order. Once I said my review, no one said a word to confirm the order was heard, so I just drove up to the window. While at the window, nobody acknowledged me for several minutes. The customer service was not great at all. Gotta do better!

Terrible customer service. The website says they open at 7 am. At 7:30 am myself and at least 4 other cars sat in the drive thru 10 minutes only to find out they were closed. The employees sat on the patio watching all of this without so much as a sign or verbal acknowledgement that they were closed. This is the second time I tried them as I previously stopped going because they had a poor health department rating. I thought they improved but clearly not. I will not be back. I wish I could give zero stars.
