I visited the Smoothie 🥤 King 👑 on Winchester and Riverdale Road. The outside was clean including the landscape and patio. The inside of the store was clean and neat also. I actually came to redeem my birthday reward which was a coconut smoothie, but there system was down that redeem that item. The team leader showed me a list of all the smoothie they sell. I ask her could I make a personal smoothie. She allowed me to do that. So this is what we came up with the name of it is called ( PB Swizzle) No peanut, Butter Sub, Chocolate, Acia, Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana's, Chocolate Hazzlenut Drizzle. I mean this was very good. When I decide s to get a smoothie again smoothie king on Riverdale Road will be my go to Smoothie 🥤 King 👑.
Vegetarian options: You can make it any way you want to.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids will love this and it is a healthy options.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.

To begin, when I drove up to the window no one said hello or anything. I sat and waited for a while, and kept saying “hello.” Finally someone came to the window and I said my order. Once I said my review, no one said a word to confirm the order was heard, so I just drove up to the window. While at the window, nobody acknowledged me for several minutes. The customer service was not great at all. Gotta do better!

Terrible customer service. The website says they open at 7 am. At 7:30 am myself and at least 4 other cars sat in the drive thru 10 minutes only to find out they were closed. The employees sat on the patio watching all of this without so much as a sign or verbal acknowledgement that they were closed. This is the second time I tried them as I previously stopped going because they had a poor health department rating. I thought they improved but clearly not. I will not be back. I wish I could give zero stars.

Better to order from another smoothie king. Any time We have a delivery order We never get the correct items. Half of the time they cancel the order and most of the time they don’t give you what you pay for .
Dear Smoothie King Management,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment today. I visited the Smoothie King Riverdale location earlier today and encountered an extremely unprofessional attitude from one of your employees.As I pulled up to the window to collect my order, the employee handling the transaction took my money and proceeded to roll her eyes at me before closing the window. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling shocked and disrespected. When she reopened the window and questioned if I had said something, I politely replied that I was simply trying to understand why she had looked at me in such a manner. However, instead of offering any explanation or apology, she closed the window once again.To my dismay, the situation escalated as she made remarks to her coworkers, (I saw her mouth moving, but didn't hear what she said) her coworkers then approached the window, presumably to get a look at me, as she had made a comment. Their laughter and lack of professionalism only exacerbated the situation.I want to emphasize that I am a regular customer of Smoothie King, and I have always enjoyed the quality of your products. However, the treatment I received today was unacceptable and tarnished my overall experience.I sincerely hope that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Always a pleasant experience at this location. The staff is always helpful. This location smoothies are the best. They're not watered down. Their smoothies are made with fresh fruit and not just with gelatin. We highly recommend this location.
