Since I moved to Memphis I’ve been going to the smoothie king on poplar, it has never disappointed, from the smoothie to the greeting at the door, always consistently amazing. This smoothie king is one of the highlights to my daily gym experience. Special shout of to Kaila, Danielle and Brian always greeting me with a smile and making sure I get my enhancers so I stay slim and trim. Keep up the great work!

This use to be my favorite location.. there is no smoothie king in my county so as I’m passing through I would always stop by this location and get a pb swizzle smoothie bowl .. well today I ordered one and I was giving one that was froze solid .. the young man just tossed my fruit and pb on top and said have a good day .. well I went back in and there was a lady at the front and she asked what was the problem.I told her “it’s frozen solid” she gets snappy and say “they all are “ so I expressed to her that I get the bowls almost daily and that SHE IS THE ONE WHO MAKES THEM FOR ME! The young man makes it over for me and it was halfway right .. but no apologies..maybe I need to be a crazy customer like the rest next time ..customer service sucks .. I want return

This used to be my favorite go-to after working out or for a quick snack. They used to be fully staffed. Now they have minimal staff. The workers don't care. And it takes forever to get your order...even if it's ordered ahead of time. So, don't waste YOUR time here.

I stopped by for a quick smoothie- instead I bought an açai bowl. I have had açaí bowl earlier in California and Hawaii. So my bar was pretty high. This was subpar. The fruits were not fresh ( that is the game changer in any açai bowl), and everything was very mediocre.

This location doesn’t close until 9 we came in at 8:20 and asked for smoothie bowls they said they stopped doing bowls at 8 so we basically got rejected from getting served no customer service no alternative options to meet our needs. HIRE BETTER RELIABLE PEOPLE THESE people just work and close whenever they want and do what they want THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pleasant fast friendly staff. Great location. Several smoothie options for every need. BEST experience ever.
Always clean never to long of a wait. Early shift is more friendly though. Good smoothie’s majority of the time. I went for the first time today doing the $3.99 Monday-Thursday 3-5pm 20oz smoothie and it’s only on the treat section though but overall good location. I normally purchase from the be well section so that was a bit disappointing considering I drove further just for the discount.
