This location has got to have the best service I've ever experienced in Memphis at a drive-thru it's usually Obay that serves me at the window and he is phenomenal. He always knows my order and always gets it right and he even got me on the app so I can save money. But even when he is not here and I'm served by another employee they are just as amazing. The amazing service is really the only reason that I keep coming back

I come to this Smoothie King twice a week, and it’s always a great experience! The team here is super friendly and full of positive energy — they always greet me with a smile and even remember my usual order: a 32oz Banana Boat with peanut butter. It’s such a small detail, but it really makes a difference. They consistently make it just right every time. Great service, great vibes, and great smoothies. This location has definitely become part of my weekly routine!

I hate this location they need bring the old employees back from like 6months ago because everyone there now is very rude and mean also they don’t honored the rewards app and told me I couldn’t use the money off my app because they not making money I have to spend cash and it was told for them to say and do that from their manager but I earn all those points and money in the bank by coming to this location every morning but I no longer spend money at this Summer location so lie this made me not give smoothie king any more of my money they have poor customer service need closed that location asap

I plan on doing a girls day here with friends. This was my first visit and everything was good. I got a savory turkey avocado sandwich and detox juice for dessert Nutella chocolate covered strawberries with pistachio sprinkle and all of it was delicious and reasonably priced.
