Let me start off saying I came with a large party for a birthday dinner. First time dining here so I didn't know what to expect. We were seated and they started off with taking our drinks and apps order. That came out at a decent time. Then they took our entree order. Now if I would have known it was going to be an hour to get the entree I would have gotten an app. Finally get our food then we realized 1 person was still waiting on their food. All they ordered was a chicken sandwich and she didn't get it til we were all finished eating. Food and drinks were just ok. I got the raspberry rita, tasted like it was made with apple cider vinegar and the blackened catfish. Service needs some improvement. Pretty sure I won't be back.

I realize I was a single at the bar but does that matter any more? I didn’t think so but in this establishment it does.. sad When I asked to speak to manger on duty I was told she was too busy to speak to me… seriously!!! One huge highlight… the lovely hostess/greeter She was attentive, understood what was going on( clearly she could see it happening from her station) and she tried to help Beware of being female and single.. they aren’t receptive to us

The was my first time at this location. Came in on Sunday night around 7ish. It was only 4 people in the restaurant at this time. The hostess was not friendly, act as if she did not want to be bothered, dint not have smile, showed no personality. She sat us at the table, someone brought popcorn. We sat 10 min waitress never showed, even though they only had 4 people in the restaurant at that time and they were sitting at the bar. My last straw is that while waiting for someone to come to the serve us, We seen a cook picking at his teeth, he made eye contact with me and slightly turned his back. After he picked his teeth he picked his nose. We immediately got up from the table and told the hostess we changed our mind, she never said bye, have a good day, was there anything wrong she just looked at us walk out the restaurant. This is the first and last time i will come to this location again.

First time dining at this restaurant. Celebrated birthdays of 2 friends. Appetizers, especially the Philly steak egg rolls were delicious. Ordered the black bean burger; needed seasoning but good. Dessert-thanks to our friends, they both received a Jack & Coke Bread Pudding w/Ice Cream-Divine. Definitely looking forward to coming back. OAN our waitress, Chloe, was Awesome and I guess the manager came around asking guests about their dining experience. Very Nice!

SOB East is definitely a vibe. From the ambiance & warm welcome to the absolute most delicious food. Our waitress Kat was very attentive & the General Manager far exceeded our expectations as he continually went from table to table greeting guest. Now to the food..we started with General Tso Cauliflower and steak egg rolls. They were both shareable (great portions for an appetizer). The egg rolls were flavorful & light. I had the salad with chicken and when I say it was thee best & also portioned enough for 2. I also enjoyed the open concept where you see the magic in the kitchen. It was ascetically pleasing to say the least. This place is an absolute vibe with amazing food. It’s more of an upscale dining experience with affordable pricing. I’d highly recommend you try it for yourself.

the food was incredible! i went with my mom, cousin and nephew. we got the general pso cauliflower and we were pleasantly surprised. they definitely had a kick to them but not painfully spicy which i loved. i got a chicken sandwich and it was so good. we are definitely planning on going back.

Charlie was fantastic! This capped a very long day and saved our overnight in Memphis. The salmon with Brussel Sprouts was fantastic. The blackened catfish with corn and okra succotash was the best I have ever had.
