We use the sonic app to save time and money, like a lot of people. I love the app is convenient and it’s always happy hour so half price! I have had issues the past two times I have ordered at this location for pickup. I arrive on time and check in, but it still takes a bit of time which I wouldn’t mind normally, but then something is missing or my food is wrong. I always check before driving off, and when I push the button again to get some help I’m waiting yet again. On my most recent trip I pushed the button, waited and then the light went off and the message that the light had been pushed went away so I had to push it again. I take note to make sure I’m not expecting anything more than they can provide, but I didn’t notice the parking lot being exceptionally busy.
Parking: There is lots of parking and it stays pretty clean.
