I’ve been in and out of funerals quicker than my order comes out at this Sonic. Half the screens at the stalls are off or broken. Nobody who works here seems to know what they’re doing and nothing works; both of those absolutely have to be management’s fault. I don’t know if these are corporate-owned or franchised, but whoever is responsible for this location needs to get it together.

Food’s not bad quality though!

I ordered a double cheeseburger, with tots and a sprite, and it was so cold that the cheese didn't even melt. The workers was kind; however, I am extremely disappointed.

We got the Coney foot long chili cheese dogs fully loaded top of the line, and loaded tater tots. P. s. If you ask them to deep fry them they will no charge 👍

Stopped by late night for the first time and was expecting a bad experience so close to closing. To my surprise, staff was very pleasant and my order came out fast and accurate.

People can't read which order goes to which stall on any day of the week. It doesn't matter if they have 3 or 30 customers. How do you call out the right order and hand me the wrong one with only one order on the tray?

Horrible experience trying to get corrected order and receipts. I sat for 45 minutes and talked to 6 people asking for a receipts for a $27 charge with a $2 tip, original order after they refunded the complete order to switch an order of fries to an order of pickle fries and charged the order again. Each time I called through the speaker, I asked for my receipts. They would never answer my request after the 6th attempt to ask for my receipts, the manager intervened to provide only an attitude. I told him he could take the entire order back and he said you just wanted a refund. No. I just wanted my receipts for three transactions for a fry swap and eat hot food at home and not sit for 45 minutes of getting zero responses.
