Car hopper got my order wrong and had to correct it, so when she came out, she didn't know how to use the card reader so the hopper had to take my card on the inside. So I waited for her to bring my card back for atleast about 10minutes, then I buzzed the speaker to let them know that I was waiting on my card. When the girl came back with my card, she had an attitude! As if I was did something wrong to her! Yea, so weird! I just hope my card doesn't have any unauthorized charges on it in the future.

I couldn’t hear the lady taking my order so i politely asked her to repeat herself, after this she was extremely rude to me. Then after I explained there was an issue with her microphone she yelled at me in a rude tone as if I was a child. Messed up my order even after correcting it and finally just had to give up. I work in a restaurant and if our employees treated people like that they wouldn’t be employed.

Slowest service ever. I stopped going after I had to ask for a refund because they forgot my order, said sorry I'm getting it now, and 15 minutes later I asked for a refund again. They finally brought my food instead of giving me a refund. The service is ALWAYS slow.

Service was fast, but my total was $12.98, and I gave the carhop $20.25, and she read off my order very quickly while handing me my items, and amd then said, " let me get your $4 change." Which was incorrect change. I planned on tipping her $5, but bc I was in a hurry, I didn't realize what had just happened until after I was driving off. I used to work for Sonic back in my teenage years until I was 20-21, and I was a server/ bartender at a couple of different places. I have always tipped well, and I'm good about catching when someone is trying to purposely give me the wrong change or scam me. Whatever you wanna call it. Be vigilant and aware no matter where you go. I can't 100% put the blame on the carhop because I should've been paying more attention, but I hope the few dollars plus the extra couple dollars I gave her went to a good cause. And maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it was an honest mistake on her part, but once I realized what had happened. I kept replaying it in my head, and the vibe didn't seem like an honest mistake. Not to mention, I was trying to pay with my card and was going to give her a $5 bill. I kept trying over and over with my card, and it wouldn't work. I followed the prompts on the screen each time. So, idk what the deal was with that. Anyway, I hope I'm wrong. Anyway, God bless.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options at all. I was ordering for someone else. They wanted a veggie burger, but they didn't have any veggie options other than lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickes, jalapeños. When I asked if they had a veggie burger option. I was told I could get a regular hamburger without the beef.Parking: It was later at night. So, they weren't busy. The majority of the stalls were empty.Kid-friendliness: The menu was kid friendly. Lots of Sonic kids' meals to choose from. As well as ice cream and slushes.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp if someone in a wheelchair wanted to sit on the patio.
I love Sonic. I order around 5 days a week (not the food so much, it's good, don't get me wrong!) But their Route 44 sweet tea is awesome - I drink on it throughout my whole shift and even as the ice melts, it still tastes great. I love their breakfast burritos and cheese sticks, too, but I only eat fat food on rare occasions. My only complaint is timing. If I order ahead, it seems like it takes them forever. If I order when I get there, it comes straight out within a minute it two.Parking: There are always a lot of stalls open, even during lunch and dinner rush.Kid-friendliness: A Wacky Pack for the kids is great and affordable.
