There’s a place next door called Taqueria Monterrey and it has the best burgers, tacos, and quesadillas. They even have loaded fries and desserts sometimes. Highly recommend when sonic is packed. They make your order on the spot and are open until late on Saturdays.

It was horrible my daughter burger had hair in it the chill was very old made me sick when I got
SHAY the manager during the afternoon Saturday shift was a disrespectful and inconsiderate person.I have not received such terrible service since I was in Memphis when people visit the city they want to have a good time not deal with people who have no sense of time urgency, and like accountability.Shay did not tell the customers that sonic was cash only and because of that she would not sell us our food. Eventually I asked for the food for free since she did not tell us that it was cash only. she refused to give us the food for free, and we had to convince a server to cash app him and he used his tip money to pay for the food for us. no server should ever have to endure that on their workday. there were no signs on the terminals. There were no warnings when they greeted us. I asked her would she throw the food away because we weren’t able to pay for it and she said yes. And instead of either giving it to us for free because she would acknowledge that she was wrong she chose to prolong our stay by an extra 20 minutes. shay needs to be replaced as a manager if she is one. I feel bad for places like this where we used to go and hang out that are no longer safe because of a lack of customer service. 0/10

Very poor customer service. It seems like this is a common theme in fast food industry in Memphis.

I ordered the real fruit slush and the taste of the slush was terrible. It had a taste that didn't seem to belong, almost a bitter/stale taste. The slush appearance did not even look up to part. The slush was mostly white and once I stirred it only made it almost a light red/pink color. Needless to say this was to be a real fruit lemon berry slush. There was not one lemon in the entire slush and it seemed the machine must have been out of the strawberry flavor. Not sure where the lemon flavor disappeared to either. I was very disappointed seeing that I had ordered a total of 7. The manager stated she would exchange it for another flavor which was honorable, but there was nothing else that I wanted.
