This location is probably the best in Memphis, in my opinion. HOWEVER, the 4 stars applies to ALL Sonic Drive-ins, because they stopped selling Cinnasnacks!! That was the ONLY reason I ever made a special trip there, man!! I'm heartbroken, for real. ??Wheelchair accessibility: Not necessarily wheelchair accessible, but everyone stays in their vehicles, so it's not really applicable. This is well-known about Sonic "DRIVE-IN"

if i could, i would give ZERO stars. this place sucks. the food was old, they forgot our sauces, and then when we had to order more, they gave us like expired sauce. we even tipped twice, and im not sure why. this is the only sonic i have had a problem with every single time. seriously, i even WORKED at sonic on hwy 70, this would never be acceptable there.

Sonic and this location in particular have really stepped up their game with the new App.I like that Sonic is always offering nice deals (that change, unlike Wendy's and McDonald's)This Sonic has always been fast when you order through the app....so if you can....order through the app and leave a tip because you will see your food much faster.Sonic seems to understand that Americans are struggling after this pandemic and have to be more selective with our food money.We see that. And will give our business to Sonic because of it
The Route 44 All Natural Lemonade is the bomb dot com. They had the perfect mix of ice and lemonade!

Order is never right and things are always wrong or missing at the Summer Avenue location. Lucky if you get a teaspoons worth of Reese's in the Sonic Blast even if you pay to add extra. This photo is what it looks like to "double" the Reese's quantity. Used to be a go to place for shakes and things, but they obviously don't care or someone is instructing them to skimp on things. Won't be back. Happens every single time.
