I came for a small sonic blast... i pushed button... waited.. waited so long that it deactivated button... pushed AGAIN.. i waited about 40 minutes ..i stopped a young lady ..she said she would get me helped... she came back and asked if anyone helped me.. nope... she got my sonic blast herself..we was WONDERFUL...
also... an employee got in car beside me... guess she was getting off work..and they were smoking weed ...
I arrived 30 minutes to closing with my god daughter (9:30). It took FIVE time to get my order put in ( this includes me going to other dtalls). They didn't even have half of what I wanted. My cousin called the complaints department while we waited . A young lady (who's name I was unable to catch) came out with an attitude. We asked her to hold on because we were on the phone with the complaints department. She walked off laughing after it took me 28 minutes just to get my order...read full review
