Ordered mozzarella sticks and a slush. Mozzarella sticks were excellent. All Sonic's need to work on their slushes. They should add a small amount of ice, then syrup, then ice and syrup. After a few sips, it's like ice.

I’m so sick of this sonic on Kirby. Service is so and unprofessional. Whenever I order a milkshake it comes without the cherry on top. When asked why is there no cherry that comes with it am told I have to pay .30 extra? What the helly since when do you have to pay for a cherry that comes with the shake! Other times order the same thing and theres a cherry on top of my shake that it actually comes with. Yall need to get it together.

I decided to try the Grilled Cheese 🧀 Burger 🍔 and Medium Tater Tots. I added mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce 🥬 and pickle's to the cheese burger. The app was not working properly so Sheran came outside to assist me. She was very professional, friendly, nice and helpful. When I got home my Grilled Cheese 🧀 Burger 🍔 was missing the mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce 🥬 and pickle's that I checked off on the app. So I added the mustard, mayonnaise to it myself, it tasted ok. It would have been better if everything was the way I requested. Overall it was a good visit because of Sheran, hat's off to her, great attitude.

Placed my order, Sat 30 minutes and watch 4 cars being served that pulled in after me. Pushed the bottom and was told because I drove off my food was thrown away. Place order again and Sat 30 minutes no one came out with food. Sad, sorry service.

This Sonic has NEVER missed! We order here frequently. I order pickup from the app for us and the food is always hot AND they don't forget anything which is a big deal because we order 6/7 meals each time! Sonic on Kirby for the win!
The atmosphere at this location was horrible. While sitting and waiting for my order i witnessed an Caucasian male worker at this location rolling up a blunt and sitting on the back of the store smoking it, 4130 Kirby Parkway as a customer when i pull up i expect a good atmosphere and good customer service not white males smoking blunts. This what i witnessed is totally unacceptable behavior. He sat in a car visible with the passenger door open rolling it up and back on the side of the Sonic store and sat and smoked the blunt..
