I don't eat at many fast food places because of (poor) customer service and the lack of vegan/vegetarian options. And I only frequent Sonic like one a year to every other year. However, this particular Sonic WOWED me today. They all seemed so very genuine and friendly. They came around to each car asking if we needed anything.. greeting each person "hello how are you today" (my window was down) My food was HOT & FRESH. Also delivered within 5 mins of ordering (while busy). I'm hoping that the rest of you who had negative experiences give them another chance. Because good help is hard to find these days. And we as people have to be the kindness that we want to see in others. As well as not being so overly critical/ judgmental towards people... not downplaying anyone else's experience. But just simply saying be mindful/give grace. In addition, this was my true experience, prior to reading the previous reviews. Oh and please leave the carhops a decent tip! Blessings to all!!

My BFF wanted ice cream so we made a trip to Sonic on Winchester. Despite the person who took our order (who needs a refresher in customer service etiquette) Our food was fresh and hot when the carhop brought it out to us, so we enjoyed our food. My BFF enjoyed her dessert as well. I hope the location on Mendenhall improves on their food quality. If my food was hot and fresh like Winchester we would visit more. The food at Mendenhall is luke warm every visit but the shakes are good.

The food was good, the carhop didn't give me all of my condiments, (he) kept the ketchup and mints, only gave me my Ranch dip for the cheddar peppers, evening else was ok....

Ordered a half sweet tea half lemonade with a lime wedge, someone put lime syrup instead and it was so excessive I was nauseous not to mention I didn't ask for it. A diabetic would've gone into shock
