There was an extremely rude young lady (a white girl) who took our order on the headset on December 1st, 2024 at 9:06pm, who gave us nothing but attitude, got our orders wrong on the screen, and got angry when we tried to correct it. I work customers service, she does not deserve to have any type of job where she talks to the general public. Way to show the Christmas spirit at this terrible location.

Ordered hotdog and mozzarella sticks, the hotdog was barely palatable with a soggy bun and overcooked/tough sausage and the server failed to give me marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. When I realized and clicked on the call button to ask for it I was charged for the sauce that is supposed to be included. Two thumbs down.

Consistent quality and the people here are awesome!! My order didn't go through online, and it was very late but they put in everything by hand and got me all my food in record time!! Good folks

My son and I stopped in for some ice cream during happy hour. All of the stalls had a car in it, so we thought we would be a while getting serviced. We placed our order of 2 oreo blast and 2 route 44 root beers, and we received prompt service. Our server Markayla, was very courteous and brought our items in an expedient fashion. We tipped her two dollars. The atmosphere although busy, had a serenity to it. So we sat there to consume the ice cream. It was a great experience and we will patron there again soon.
always go for cherry limeade, ice tea, and wonderful shakes. Always get food ..si tempting

I went today and got chicken tenders the tenders didn’t even look right to me. Then the cookie blizzard is what made me upset there was barely anything in it. The woman asked me extra cookie dough where was it? Because I didn’t see much after taking the spoon around it. I stopped going to this location a while back thanks for reminding me why. The collierville location does a better job come on do better.

So when I asked about getting things mixed in to the milkshake, that would have been the time to tell me that the “blast” has stuff mixed into it, not the milkshake. I hadn’t been here in years but remembered the delicious m and m milkshakes from years ago and had a craving for one. I paid freaking extra for like five m and ms on top of the damn thing. I made it clear I wanted them mixed in and at no point did the guy tell me that that wasn’t the milkshake but was actually the blast. Never coming back.
